Concrete car porch

I have an empty space opposite my home and in would like to create a car porch similar to my neighbours as shown in the picture. I got quoted rm5k for relatively simple construction.. And does anyone know the approximate breakdown to do car porch like these?

1. Cost of mixed ready cement - approx 20ftx20ft area
2. Cost of 4 to 5 concrete pillars
3. Some wood for roof frame & basic roof
4. Labour charges for basic wood framework for pre-concerete laying
5. Some metal netting for 20ftx20ft

I need this to be as budget as possible.. 5k ain't worth considering as it's just meant to provide shelter on 2 cars.

Anyone knows the approximate cost?

Property Loan vs Income Tax

scenario:-

[self employed filing borang

lets say you been doing a little bit of creative work with your bank-in salary slip to show bank that u earn high income for the sake of getting loan for a RM1mil property...and u managed to buy it every year with NO MONEY DOWN..

and when comes the time to file tax..u file your actual REAL income (say RM50,000 taxable income)..will this be a problem when it comes to tax audit from IRB...will they ask how u buy property with RM1mil but income so little?

1 licence tax accountant informed me that showing to bank that u have high income just for the purpose to get loan is ok..as long as u don't under declare your REAL INCOME... as long as there isnt high net worth..then IRB wont care how u present your documents to the banks..

so by doing creative bank in bank out to get high bank loan..and just wondering if that person have to declare his/her income based on that..afraid IRB will query me how the person can buy previous properties..

can anyone clarify this?

Has anyone bought a motorcycle (sportsbike or any kind) from Singapore and ride it in Malaysia before?

the reason i'm asking this is because i understand that Singaporean registered sportbikes are cheaper..

anyone knows how's the procedure to get one and ride it in Malaysia for a few years?

I've been quite tempted to consider Kawasaki Z750..but the new price is approx RM61k (20k downpayment, monthly repayment of RM800++ for 5 years @ 4.8%)

i dont think i wanna get myself committed to that kinda monthly repayment, therefore thought of buying 2nd hand from Singapore cash...

any experience?
