unifi charge for remaining months

i was terminate the unifi within 24 months contract 1 year ago and fully returned the device to their office branch, while i didnt notice that term "charge of remaining months"

after received the final billing was shocked the charges fees is high, about 2.8k.

i have not statify with that charges because in logically he cant charge while i didnt use their serive.

i am fine to pay for some penalty in some % only because their contract term is unfair to consumer.

now their send the letter of demand from thier appointed lawyer firm to chase back the outstanding payment.

how do i appeal on this?
