Hello,
Recently , I went for a programmer interview at hokenso. The interview was straight forward, very generic, hardly any technical assesement and questions asked, very nice and friendly. Then towards the end, the interviewer said, are you a work life balance person or hard working person? There will be lot of OT and long hours involved. And then later they offer me a job.

I was surprised, first time a company offered me a programmer job so fast without much tests.

How bad is this in hokenso? Do you really OT alot and work super long hours? Do share your experience working there.

viva alternator

Hi my 2008 viva car alternator got spoiled. New one costs RM 750++ or so.

2nd hand ones cost 150-250 or so and recon ones from china and others cost like 300 or so

how reliable are 2nd hand ones and others from those normal car workshops?

Dont want to save cost, but not get a reliable one.

Release Letter denied

Early march 2015, my company gave me a contract termination letter after 4.5years of service.
The termination letter said, my last date is , end of may.

I am asking my company for a Release Letter and they refuse to give.

So how? Anyway I can force them to give?

I have lost all the car keys of my perodua viva. What are possible solutions now when one has lost all the car keys?

Can perodua only make replacement keys without changing all the immobiliser and stuff?
