Update: Malaysia Airlines released a statement that said the flight was diverted due to a “disruptive passenger” but denied it was an attempted “hijacking”.

Agent unifi asking for IC

So I got call from TM telepipu and opted for their new unifi package. Contractor came and finished the installation, only asked me to sign some docs but didn't ask for IC. Later than day started to get email asking me for IC copies. I just ignored.

After a week same number called again but I missed it. Later they whatsapp asking for IC again...

If they are from TM they should have my IC already right? Or they're only agent? What happens if I continue to ignore their request?
