question about public holiday at workplace

hi, my company states that for employees who worked on public holiday will get an extra pay.
however, if someone apply leave on the PH date, it will be considered an annual/unpaid leave.

is this type of law legit? shouldn't you get a PH leave instead?
that means if i apply for raya PH day 1 and 2, it will be considered as annual leave.

just wanted to know if this type

just got saman just now at jpj roadblock. he said that my no plate is 'kecik'. i told him before this no problem but he still insist to saman me.
can any expert here explain my pic if it is smaller that the standard jpj spec? and its not a fancy font either if im not mistaken.

furthermore, need to change within 1week and go jpj to do inspection if not got more summon.

is my plate too small?
how much is the summon usually?
and if don't change the plate kena saman berapa ratus lagi aiyo semua nak saman.

hi, my friend wanted to buy phone from him at "MUDAH". the seller asked her to bank in rm570 to his bank account. and she did it after he posted his IC picture.

when i looked at it, the address seems fishy and when she asked about the phone, he again asked her to banked in another "rm50" because he got no money lol.

The thing is, this guy is still out there and if anyone who have information about this guy, your help is most needed.

Hi /k. My yes 4g huddle XS seems to not working. Cant even open the modem. When charging the power light is there but still after hours of charging it still wont turn on.

The warranty expired dy. And the guy at the yes shop said to either repair or get a 2nd hand replacement.

Is there any mobile shop near kl that can repair this modem?

And if 2nd hand under rm100 can get?

hi /k. my uncle asked me if there are any hotel at kl that can be booked for like 4-6 hours? he needs a cheap hotel to change clothes and like rest for a few hours (a lorry driver)
