Our client as one of the largest multiples circuit in the country for entertainment company. They offer numerous facilities and Conveniences.

They are seeking dynamic and highly-motivated individuals to join us for the following positions:

Account Assistant/ Executive (KLCC) – 2 Headcount

Responsibilities:-

• To handle invoice and payment processing of Accounts Payables
• To prepare reports and reconciliation schedules for Accounts Payables
• To handle Fixed Assets accounting and related schedules
• To assist in Inventory related functions and reports compilation
• To liaise with suppliers, warehouse and operations to resolve issues
• To assist in monthly & yearly accounts closing
• To assist in daily & ad-hoc finance activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or currently pursuing Professional Accounting qualification
• Computer literate with basic Excel knowledge
• Min 1 year(s) of related working experience
• Willing to learn new skills, meticulous and responsible
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa & ( Mandarin or Cantonese )- MUST
• Those with related experience will be given priority
• Open Gender & Open Race

Remuneration package :

• Basic salary between RM 2,500.00 – RM 3,000.00
• Working days: Monday to Thursday 9.00am -6.00pm
• Working days : Friday : 9.00am -5.00pm
• 3-6 Month Contract before convert to permanent.

Marleting Executive

We are seeking dynamic and highly-motivated individuals to join us for the following positions:

Marketing Executive (KLCC) – 2 Headcount

Responsibilities:-
• To develop marketing programs for members, analyze performance and deliver insights as well as recommendations to improve future member engagements
• To implementation targeted segment offers and ad-hoc campaigns on a timely manner
• To prepare and present KPI reports to measure performance and track marketing effectiveness
• To extract and prepare members list for Direct Mail, Email and Events
• To assist Loyalty Manager in building ad-hoc reports for management presentation and to support other business needs
• To develop deep understanding of member behavior, insight and media usage
• To develop and refine marketing communication mix to members to increase effectiveness of campaigns
• Data mining for customer profiling and segmentation to optimize marketing strategies and stimulate higher admission frequencies
• To identify gaps in the data capture strategy and implement enhancement strategy
• To discover new growth avenue by creating new customer segments, product recommendations and channel optimizations through test and learn analysis
• To ensure inventory (POSM, Club cards, merchandise, etc) control, tracking and management
• To support Customer Service (CS) in Club members enquiries, reimbursement of Freebies

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Arts or its equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience preferably in business analyst/loyalty marketing/marketing role.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• To have strategic business understanding and conversion funnels, strong analytical skill, good command of language, attention to details.
• Preferably with Digital Marketing background
• Having accounting and finance background is an added advantage

Remuneration package :
• Basic salary between RM 4,000- RM 5,000
• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 6.00pm

• Year End Bonus & Increment ( based on performance )
