I already read few topics but couldn't find a "what is the best low budget scooter to buy?" topic...

With a budget of max 5K, which one of these is the best buy? If possible please explain why..

I saw in Youtube, people adding water coolers or big heatsinks inside xbox to have better cooling. Is there any place that I can have this kind of mods in KL?

I just imported a Mercedes from UK. To use the navigation system, I need navigation DVD. But for almost two months I couldn't find a clue where I can buy the dvd or whatever...

Here is the keys on my problem:

Living in a condominium which has 400 units.
All streamyx users on this condo has same problem. We're having slow connection problem from 1st of April so on.

We called TM for several times but still problem goes on. It's is really impossible to explain this to streamyx service center this situation because they are not even trying to think at all.

When I ask a question they simply say "aha, yes, i do understand" it's free to try just call streamyx 1300888123 ask them a few questions when you got this answer; "aha, yes, i do understand" simply ask them "what did you understand?" this is really funny because they are not listening you at all... So it's impossible to explain them.

Every time they are asking me to do the test, a few minutes ago they asked me to do http://219.93.175.234/bandwidthspeed.htm test again, I told them this test is a big lie, "so" they said, "please try http://www.speedtest.net/ if you don't trust us. I tried here is the result, it's also free to try...

So which one is true? Is TM is a big liar or me?

Can't send email via outlook

Hi everyone, I can't send email with my third party account where I was able to send last month. I asked to telekom about situation but they said "sorry sir we are not giving consultation for third party mails"...

When I try to send email via Outlook Express, I receive this error;

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.******.net', Server: 'mail.******.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

When I try in Microsoft Outlook also having same error and can't send email.

One month ago with same pc and same configuration I was able to send email.

When I use my laptop for same email also can't send email. Means that no configuration or hardware problem.

I'm sure there is no problem with my mail server, my friends in other countries can use my email and other 3rd party email, but in Malaysia we can't.

I called and hosting provider in Malaysia, http://www.hileytech.com/ told them that I'm interested to buy hosting because having problem with my current hosting provider, but before I buy host I want a demonstration, so they agreed and opened me an account on their server, I tried their mail but also can't send email, I sent a reply to salesperson but got no reply (by the way, you can take this as a comment on hileytech who would like to buy host, I sent 2 mails still no respond...)

So pls someone, I really need help, I can't send email using outlook...

Putrajaya Mosque

Can anyone explain to me why is it forbidden to take photo inside the Putrajaya Mosque?

I'm a foreigner; living in Malaysia. A few weeks ago, I took my friends to show Putrajaya and the mosque as well, while we are inside the mosque (it was 11am, non praying time and nobody was praying at the time) a security guy came and with a very impolitely behavior asked us whether we are praying or not and he added if we are not we have to get out !!!

For your information I'm a Muslim too.
