Hi Sifus, I'm looking to service my cx-5 at some specialist workshop instead of the Mazda service centre. However, I do not know of any car service centre/workshop/specialist outlet that specializes in Mazda around Petaling Jaya area. I just do not want to walk into any general workshop for this. Appreciate if any of you could advice me on a good centre to service Mazda vehicles around PJ. Thank you.

Hi guys,

I'm looking to get a co-working space for my small business which I operate on project basis. Although I have not tried any co-working space before, I'm keen and interested to give it a try.

For those that are currently using this services, will you be able to provide some insight on the pros and cons of such places. And if possible, which co-working spaces are the better ones in terms of providing a better value for money. I have google on this, but much of the info available is vague and used for marketing these places.

Hello. Im currently looking to change ny stocked Goodyear tires. Went around to a few shops and they have recommended Conti, Michellin Primacy and Lassa. As this would be my 1st time changing SUV tires, appreciate if you could advice on which brand/tires a best to used for a smoother,quieter drive during all weather. Tyre dimension is 225/65 17'. Hi Sifus,

I'm a noob in this as I dont have much knowledge in getting new rims prior to this. However recently, my original rims for my Mazda CX-5 is looking a little old and ugly. The rims are not as smooth as it used to be, it has somelike patches and rough surface.

Located in PJ, I would like to seek for assistance and advice in looking out for a good place to have my rims changed. Most of the guys told me to do it in Klang, but not sure of any specific place in Klang. Also in addition to that, I wouldnt mind having the original CX-5 rims, but those black in colour (not sure how do they do it, do they spray it or original rims in black are available?).

Hi. A cousin of mine has recently experienced bald patches (size of 20cents) around his beard area. It just happen all of the sudden. Been 2-3 weeks and yet the hair at this particular doesnt seems to be growing at all. Any idea what issue it could be?. Will visiting a dermatologist help? Thanks.

Business Registration Cert. from Ez Biz SSM

Hi Guys,

I have just recently signed up for Ez Biz Portal by SSM to renew my business registration. The payment was done successfully. However, I'm unable to access options such as 'My business services', 'My compound services' and 'User profile'. Hence, I'm not able to view/download/print my new business registration certificate.

Not sure if there's an issue with the portal for the past few days. Any of you have experienced similar issue or have a method of obtaining the business registration cert?

I'm currently shopping for a Semi-D. Most of the Semi-D's available within Klang Valley (K.Kemuning, Bkt. Jelutong, etc) are priced between RM2-3.5mil, which is was beyond my capacity. Thus, I'm considering Seremban2 and nearby areas (BSS). Semi-D's over here range around RM1.5mil. Just needed some advice from the sifus in here if its worth investing in such property for the mentioned price?.

Hi guys, just need your opinions on this. I have recently received a job offer from an international firm. Although I was very keen on pursuing this opportunity, they are offering me the same package as what my local firm is currently offering. They further added that I should accept the offer as they are a global firm. I feel disheartened with the offer they have made. It feels like they dont value my skills and knowledge. Hence, I dont see or feel like negotiating with them on the offer. Anyone gone through similar situation before and what were the contributing factors in deriving your decision. Thanks.

Refund from a Private Hospital

Hi guys, need your valuable feedback in regards to my recent experience as explained below. Appreciate if those of you who have gone through the same experience, can share with me what sort of actions were taken from your end.

My mum was admitted into a Private Hospital 'A' in December for what seems to be a normal lung infection. Early feedback from the doctors in charge suggested she will need to be admitted for a couple of days only. However, either due to negligence or issues that the doctors didn't know how to deal with, my mum was in the same hospital for almost 7 weeks, transferring from the normal wards, to ICU, to HDU and back to the normal ward before being discharged. Upon discharged, she had new complications such as Stage 3 bedsore and others. Plus, she just wasn't back to being her normal self. The whole treatment costs us around RM120k.

3 weeks down the road, she feel ill again - this was last week - and we took her to Private Hospital 'B' where she was again readmitted for the same issue of lung infection,into the ICU upon admission. With just 3 days from receiving the treatment in the ICU, my mum is back to herself, able to communicate well and is more confident about herself and her health. The doctors from this hospital told us that my mum was discharged from Private Hospital A without being cured from the initial infection. Although she is still receiving her treatment, the doctors and all of us foresee that she will recover well soon.

The whole incident has taken a toll on my family emotionally and financially. My question is - is there a way I could seek for a refund from Private Hospital A?. Are there any means or government bodies I could refer to assist me on this?. Also, given the circumstance I could fight for a refund, what sort of documentations would I need besides the payment receipts?.

Good workshops for respraying cars

Hi guys, Im planning to re-spray my 15year old proton waja. One of the re-spraying workshop quoted me RM2,500 to re-spray the whole car, that too only for the exterior part. I feel its a rip-off. However, I need some advice on the pricing and a decent workshop to re-spray my car. Kindly advice.

Will be having some family members coming over from various different parts of the globe. Looking to renting out a bungalow for 20pax for the weekend.
