My aunty would like to buy a house from DBKL but when I check the form for her, I noticed that there's indicated "Permohanan Menyewa Rumah Awam DBKL". Which means is RENT instead of BUY ??

I don't want my aunty to be conned, that's why need dai gor dai jie here to shed some lights for me, thanks !
