How to deal with insurance agent?

My friend just joined insurance company, he keep promoting insurance plan, medical card, saving plan, etc.

Keep share insurance related post/advertise, keep send insurance advertise to me (I think he send to everyone in his contact)

Keep ask me to go out heard him explain insurance, ask me to listen only, buy or not is up to me, he just want to train himself

At first I just ignore and refused, but he still keep targeting me (talk nicely, change plan, ask me to yamcha instead heard him explain insurance)

I can feel the eager that he desire to get sales from me

But I don't think I will dump money into those saving plans

So, how you guys deal with insurance agent?

Especially when they are one of your best friend, relative or family member.
