AX86U goes for rm1136 during this 12.12

Asus Rapture AX11000 goes for rm1595 with 10% cashback on shopee during 12.12

Any cons of rapture? thinking of getting the ax11000 since it's a tri band while ax86u is dual band. I dont really have a use for merlin firmware.

I have linked a 30 meter cat 7 cable to test out my speed and latency since I game upstairs in my room. The connection was super smooth without a lag. Thanks to your comment I decided to tanam a cable.

Wifi 6E worth the wait?

I live in a 2 story house. Household has 11 smart phone 3 laptop 2 chrome 1 smart tv.
Currently 100Mbps by unifi still in contract
House: 2100sqft (No lan port available in the house except lan port from router)
Planning to upgrade to 500Mbps next year (End of december) grabbing the deal of Maxis Rm1 65inch tv if it is still available ..

Currently, I am using the TP-LINK C58HP AC1350 High Power Wireless Dual Band Router as my main router (Purchased at Rm190) and TP-LINK AC1750 Wi-Fi Range Extender RE450 as extender.(Purchased at Rm247.35)
Extender use to strengthen the WiFi in my room upstairs as the [B]"high power router"[B] with self proclaim able to power up to 10000sqft didn't manage to penetrate the walls upstairs &
Downstairs toilet with weak WiFi signals.

Issue:
experiencing lots of slowness while streaming Netflix as my video pauses for buffer and plays again (Only me streaming with the other users in the house are asleep).
I am unsure whether it is the router as the CPU load is always 100% when I check.
I also set my router to restart every day at 3:50am.

Is it worth upgrading to:
1.M9 Plus (Wifi 5)
2.Asus XT-8 (Wifi 6)
3.Deco x96 (Wifi 6E)

Though understanding that only Wifi 6 new features will support Wifi 6 devices.

I have this neighbor move in a year ago and rented the house next to me.

Understanding they open an "e-commerce" shop online which they are using a resident house to live in and as a headquarter to pack their goods to be send to customer through courier.
However, I hate them as they have all couriers and truck/lorry coming to their house every other day picking up the goods & loading off their goods.

Moreover, they leave their boxes stacked out in the open under the sunlight where it is exposed to sunlight where it might catch fire and spread towards my house which I fear.

Who can I report this people to? They even have their customer's coming to their house at night around 9pm picking up their goods and blasting their music in their cars where I can hear it from my room which is F annoying.

Please advice ...

Yes, I know tam tam and some other brands are selling this biscuit in a pack. However I am looking to buy them in a tin.
This was my childhood snack. When you in this, you will taste the salt and a slight spiciness while crunching it.

I have been looking for it for all my life and trying to figure out the name. I am hoping to get some answer here if possible and ... if possible buying it as well...
