Housing loan vs Car loan

Hi all sifus,

I am planning to get both loan, which loan should I take more (eg. max out)

Car loan interest calculation
- straightforward with x% p.a

House loan interest calculation
- kinda confused me with what BR%$^%$!

Based on my calculation [taken from Maybank website calculator]
Assuming 100k loan. 9 years tenure
House loan 4.55% p.a interest is similar to 2.4% of car loan in terms of monthly repayment.

Housing loan monthly repayment = RM1130
Car loan monthly repayment = RM1125.93

Is the calculation correct?
Different loan calculator giving diff calculation.

It appears there's only minor difference on 4.55%pa housing loan and 2.4% car loan.

To all 20k income ktards,

Ayam wanted to know whether house loan or car loan has a LOWER overall interest rate.
Titik ayam is to put more downpayment on the loan which charges higher interest rate.
-pay less interest

Ayam hard to understand why got lots of driver likes to drag us jem tgt with them?

Like the above situation, there is an exit/junction at the left, the car will move so close to the left side until we have no chance to squeeze through properly.

Either masuk lubang or wait tgt with them, traffic light up to 5 minutes.
