I had purchase a apartment medium cost and I had pay all my charges from legal fess and other fees that related to the purchase of the said property.

Then I had been contacted by the developer about the strata title and I have to make payment for the transfer...
the things is the payment..

How much do we need to pay for a title transfer and do we need to pay for the gadaian bank?

Hey guy's

Back few day's ago I had post athread on Internet Fraud via email's and it seems that LYN had removed coz I did post a link to a blog whereby it show how they do it......

But I would like to share some tips on how to see a FRAUD!

1. check the email is from whom is it as from your bank?
2. If it'f asking you to unblock or login do not follow.
3. Check the link that is need to Login to the page.... some times it's a ip address do check it...
4. Never follow the lik as siad to be...
5. Never login from your email link!!!
6. If you receive such email report it to the bank nor police for futher actions...

If you guy's have tips that you could share do add in....

I did post a relative internet fraud on the kopitiam but it seems to be removed. If I may ask why? it's meant to show others what theft had been doing on sending emails to re open your account on certain bank's.

Why? why? why?

It's not spamming if you added a link to the related post right? erm donno la now a day's people dont do nice things any more!

Di suatu pagi, seorang anak lelaki keluar dari biliknya dan bertanya pada neneknya:

"Nenek, mana Papa dan Mama?"

"Mereka masih di dalam bilik..." neneknya menjawab.

Anak itu tertawa kemudian sarapan sendirian lalu pergi sekolah. Ketika pulang.. anak lelaki bertanya lagi pada neneknya:

"Dimana Papa dan Mama?"

"Mereka masih di dalam bilik" neneknya kembali menjawab.

Anak itu tertawa geli, lalu menghabiskan makan tengaharinya dan pergi bermain.

Malam harinya barulah anak lelaki tadi pulang untuk makan malam. Sebelum makan, si anak itu bertanya lagi pada neneknya:

Need help on absorber issue as I need to replace my old absorber (4 Unit's) front and rear. I heard that USR Kayaba Special absorber are best but hard to find in the market as anyone purchase this absorber?

Any other Brand will do as long it's smooth sailing. If posibe do let me know the price also as I did some researhing.

The standard cost about RM 400.00 complete front and rear with spring.
