My friend have a piece of land...around 2 acres...want to develope high end semi D...
so he want to know is it very complicated to become register as developer?
does he need a lot of paid up capital before he register as developer?
how about the consultant fees?like architect, M&E and etc.

credit card limit

I just received a letter regarding increasing my credit card limit....but when i called them...they said is the system problem and send wrongly..so my credit limit still remain the same...but i check all the details like name, address, credit card no all no problem...anyone of u facing this type of problem before?or they need time to update their system?

Help me...my N81..!

today when i use the phone to listen to music...then the phone showed that the memory is not inserted...
even i put in and pull out again also same problem...cannot detect?
may i know wat is the problem....?

i am using O2 xda IIs..
today when i try to beam file to my fren phone..it cannot work and it just keep searching only...but the bluetooth can be use and my bluetooth in my computer can detect my phone.but my phone cannot detect any device...but if i send file from file explorer then it can be sent and working properly.
after tat i try again to beam file again,then it just said infrared align ports
then another is searching which is same as before.it search for so long also no respond...
but when i use my fren mini O2 then his phone discovery is ok..his phone can detect the device normally.
pls tell me how to settle this things..so headache now
