This area has definitely changed alot, with quite a number of new developments flooding in. Was thinking of buying a unit there since my parents thought of going back to Penang for good. <br /> <br />I've only managed to dig some info from the developer website. They are currently selling 3-storey terrace, 20' x 70', 2500sf selling at RM708k.
