HELP! how to chase out tenant

Hi All,

My tenant is currently owing me 7 months of utility bill which total up to RM1000, 2 months of rental which again total up to another RM1000, and there is no tenancy agreement between him and me.

I have no intention to collect back all this amount that he owed me, and I only want him to move out from the unit. The problem is that even after I have cut off the electricity supply, the guy still don't wanna to move out. The guy even sent a "semi threatening" message to me, asking me to be careful at night after I informed him that I have made a police report and ask him to move out.

Today, I asked a few abang to accompany me to lock his door with a new padlock, and call him up, trying to negotiate with him, but still, the guy didn't show up a.k.a putting aeroplane.

My question is, what else can I do to chase him out from the house other than hire a lawyer and getting a court order which can be costly and time-consuming.
