They cause security and hygiene problems and they scam the owners of their money. Worst of all, they fail to deliver the key feature lifestyle mall. <br /><br />Shamelessly, they continue to impose high maintenance fees and is going to employ their crony Allied group to raise it much higher. <br /><br />The Wharf Residence development sits on a strategically located 15-acre tract within Taman Tasik Prima region. The values of all properties in that region are tied to this development.
