Sole Proprietorship Question

Hey guys, I recently started a sole prop business and was quite new to the business thing (audit, statement, money usage etc)
I'm really confused about how the money in my company account could be use for, all my friends say different thing, so wanted to ask sifu-sifu here.

- Can I use my company account money for my own expenses? example like having meal, shopping, insurance and other entertainment?
- Can my company pay for my petrol?
- Can I use the company money for paying loan? car loan, housing loan, credit card loan
- My company tax = my personal tax?
- Let say my business start on 2017 May, when should I submit my tax? Should I find an auditor to finalise my business credit debit things?
- What should I write down for my daily business basis?
- They say those receipt we acquired when paying something could be use for taxation purpose, what is that mean? and should I keep all the receipt I get other than the one I get from supplier?
- If one day my company switch from sole to sdn bhd, what should I prepare now for that transition?

How Many Business License I Need?

I just started my business and recently heard from one of my friend that now running business in Malaysia required two license certificate. One is from DBKL about premise license, another one not sure from which department. He said that his boss kena RM900 penalty because lacking of that license certificate, but not sure called what name. I'm running a convenient store and not sure if I needed that. Anybody have any idea? Any help would much be appreciated.

Hey guys, I was finding these types of Gondola Rack, where the rack covered by black finish and some type of metal built. I really not sure what is that called, and found no result about this. This rack is widely used in mynews.com outlets and some supermarket. Anybody have any ideas where can I find this?

Hey guys, I recently changed my default unifi router to the Asus rt-n14uhp, as people said it would be much stronger and better. But I faced the different thing, after changing it, my internet became so much crappy than before, website load so terrible slow, i run a speedtest on this, I had the speed maintained, but it somehow process so slow while sending in and out the internet packet. Is there any configuration that I had missed? Thanks.

hey guys, I was finding a good modem to replace my home unifi default one ( the orange color punya)

the problem i having is slow wifi connection speed, sometimes I cant even load youtube when using phone in my bedroom with door closed, and also my IPTV disconnected frequently.

I read some thread in lowyat forum mentioning that unifi modem is custom built to support internet + tv in the same time. So is there any alternative good modem that I can buy to replace with the current one?
