WTA Etherfax (Online Fax)

Hello = Just checking if anyone is using their services?
Company Name = ETHERFAX.MY
Services = online FAX services

I have a 6 months accounts with them.
In the last payment ( i forgotten to make payment and without notice),
ETHERFAX terminated my account within 10days_.

I called to POLITELY request for re-connection and the boss is not FRIENDLY
and rejected my request even without thinking. The Boss say is not in their
policy to give free Re-connection. BUT I MUST SAYS, the customer service
personnel (PRESCILLA) is very helpful. Unlike the boss.

Usually on the 30th Day, they will EMAIL INVOICE to you.
Then, they will send the reminder another 10days later. (This email I never received).
Now when I call them, they insist NO EXCUSE (and this is my FIRST time being late).
Even customer service know about my prompt payment, BUT THE BOSS IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.

I do not think they bother about customer's request at all.
THE BOSS IS REALLY BY THE BOOK.

DOESN'T THE BOSS OF ETHERFAX.MY KNOWS THAT IT IS CHEAPER TO RETAIN EXISTING
CUSTOMER THAN GETTING NEW ONES?

I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN.

05 July UPDATE
From my Credit Card Statement I have paid to Etherfax.
Call their company (and of course made a big fuss).
The customer service DENNIS checked and in deed my payment went through.
But it is still my fault because I closed the payment browser early.
What a lame excuse

I think this company modus operandi is NO MATTER WHAT, JUST
PUSH ALL ERRORS TO CUSTOMERS. IT IS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER's
FAULT and just charge them (the customer).

[B]REALLY, REALY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.
ETHERFAX IS REALLY CHEAP IN ALL ASPECT.
CHEAP IS NOT GOOD. VERY STRESSFUL.

Anyone has Window 8.0 version?

NEED HELP FROM PC EXPERT OUT THERE.

I got a Dell Notebook (4 year old).

It is starting to slow down. I plan to REFORMAT the notebook.

I called Dell Tech Support to get the download link for Window 8.0.
But they no longer support Win 8.0. They even asked me to purchase Win 10 instead.

I called Microsoft Tech Support, they also cannot help as it is OEM.
No matter what, I still need to get support from DELL.

It is a bing & bang story and both are not helping at all.

Q1) Does anyone have Win 8.0 CD (where I can purchase a duplicate copy from)?
Q2) With the duplicate CD - can i install and put in my original Product Key?

ALTERNATIVE - is there anyway to reset my notebook back to factory settings without touching Window and Office programs?
