As my role requires shift rotation, my current shift is 7-4pm, off fri and sat

Which means if my working day falls on PH, i need to work and i will get extra PH pay. Also, i can also opt for PH leave.

As Im now serving notice, and HR set my last physical working day on 24th, i just realized it is Deepavali. Its Monday, means its my working day.

Would like to know if HR or supervisor have the rights to reject my Ph leave on that day?

Hey guys, need some help

I just accepted and signed offer letter with new company, and the intake date is 17th oct.

I tendered my resignation on 7th oct, but my supervisor did not allow me to leave early and requested me to serve one month notice and allowed me to buyout for one month.

But in the email, I’ve stated that I’m willing to pay the two months notice once I’ve received the letter from HR.

Attached is my current company agreement, any sifu can advise?

Im thinking to talk nicely with my supervisor, if things still dont work out, can I just reply that I do not agree with this, and set my last working date, and mention that Im willing to pay payment in lieu and walk off…

i asked others, the cheapest i can find is trilion, rm16 per day which is ridiculously expensive lol.

Currently at age 24, not KL lang, but working in KL
thinking to buy a condo to live in, or maybe rent out as Airbnb, kinda dilemma actually

since im not kl lang, the voice in my head asks me to live in
but i think that rent out as abnb will be a good passive income as well

any experts advise on this?

earn: 5k nett/month

commitment:

- car loan 389
- digi 80
- insurance 280

Besides those, i think i dont have any other commitments as well le, so i would like to ask for opinions

already discussed with parents, down payment will throw in around 100k

hi guys, im currently working at menara 1 sentrum, besides nu sentral.
shift rotation work, i have to work until 12am next month, hence, no more public transport.

want to ask sifu here, is there any car park nearby other than nu sentral?

i rent a room at damansara and i found out there was no wifi provided (how silly i am).

Im not local in Kl, will be working in kl soon next month.
Recently, just rented room near one u, and my working place is at kl sentral nearby.
The nearest mrt is Mutiara Damansara.

since i don own any transportation for the moment, would like to ask sifus here how to go kl sentral from mutiara damansara by taking public transport ya.

hey guys, need some advice here.
I'm not living in kl, currently, i've just accepted a job offer located nearby kl sentral. Will start working on 6/11

I need some suggestions that staying at which area is convenient for me as i'm not driving there. Hence, public transportation is important for me.
Besides, it would be much better if the area is filled with cheap and good food

my maximum budget would be likely around 800.

fresh grads here, currently received two interviews from 2 companies
astro- customer service : basic 2.2k + allowances
aegis- travel consultant : basic 2.5k + allowances

anyone works/worked here?
