Have a problem controlling my voice

Anyone here have a problem controlling your voice?

I mean you can't detect whether you talk too loud or slow. Some of my friends complaining that I talk too loud, and sometimes too slow. I seriously don't know how to control it.

I don't know how to solve this problem. Sigh

Hi guys,

I want to ask one question about English Grammar

For example :

I want "TO" Eat.

After "TO" word, the next sentence will be in root word right?

But why I read some of the email, article in online database etc, it's different.

For example:

Please stop sending me advertisement or promotion from"..". I hereby withdraw whatever consent that I might have given (which I do not remember having given) to receiving any advertisement. The right to withdraw ones consent is a right accorded under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Thanks.

Why TO RECEIVING, but not TO RECEIVE?

Salary still don't get for this month

Today it's 5 October 2015. My company still tak bayar lagi our salary.
I feel so stressed you know, it's already 5 OCT. And when I ask the HR people, the boss still didn't sign the document for salary payment.

Anyone here have experience this kind of issue?
Will you quit if your management delay your salary payment? I think it's too much because everyone needs to pay their bills etc.

Forty malls to enter the market in Greater Kuala Lumpur

THE Sunway Group expects the retail sector to be “extremely competitive” with 40 malls anticipated to enter the market in Greater Kuala Lumpur next year.

Of this, a dozen of them will have net lettable area (NLA) of about one million sq ft and above, says Sunway Shopping Malls & Theme Parks CEO H. C. Chan, which is part of the larger Sunway group. As a rule of thumb, malls of this size will have considerable impact on the sector although there is a place for smaller neighbourhood malls.

Chan says two factors will be the underlying thorn in the flesh for Sunway’s retail business – the steep competition entering the market and the “critical” juncture it finds itself in as a result of evolution in the mall business.

“We are at a critical stage of our journey,” says Chan. “Critical” because the last two years we have seen malls open with just 50% occupancy, he says.

Chan says the mall management sector has become saturated and the group will have to give enhanced customer service and experience, he says. The group is in the midst of planning and strategising for the next leap forward but he declines to elaborate. It will look at improving its themed concepts.

Chan says because it is an integrated developer, it has planned most projects to leverage on each other and surrounding vicinity.
The group, says Chan, is involved in between seven and eight sub-segments of the property sector. They are in every location, in different parts of the city, Penang, Ipoh and Johor.

Because of its experience in mall operation and management and its network of properties, the group has managed to set itself apart from others. Nonetheless, it will get harder to fill up space despite the team having learned the details of retail operations and management.

It will “become easier” with each new mall, but it will also be tougher because of the overall environment it is operating in, he says.

Basic RM1700. Performance allowance, OT allowance, my salary will reach until RM2000-2100.

What do u think guys? Is it worth to take it?
And he said if got vacancy from other department, i can apply to transfer to other department.

KUALA LUMPUR: Several areas in Klang, Shah Alam and Kuala Langat will be experiencing temporary water supply disruption following works to upgrade water supply system on Aug 24 and 25. Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) Corporate Affairs Division executive director Priscilla Alfred, in a statement, today said the disruption will take place over 16 hours from 9am on Aug 24 to 1pm on Aug 25.

“The water supply disruption is due to changing new butterfly valves between 450mm to 600mm in five areas in Klang,” she said.

Among the affected areas in Klang/Shah Alam are Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, Kampung Delek Baru, Kampung Sungai Udang, Jalan Sungai Bertik and Jalan Teluk Pulai, Jalan Teluk Gedung Kecil, Jalan Tepi Sungai, Jalan Raya Barat, Kampung Raja Uda, Jalan Kastam, Jalan Kota Raja, Kampung Jawa, Jalan Stesen, Jalan Tengku Diaudin and Jalan Dato’ Hamzah. Other affected areas are Jalan Tengku Kelana, Lorong Tingkat, Lorong Rembau, Jalan Padang, Jalan Kota, Jalan Istana, Jalan Yadi, Jalan Tengku Badar, Teluk Pulai, Bukit Tinggi 1 and 2, Bandar Botanik, Ambang Botanik, Bayu Emas, Bandar Parklands, Glenmarie Cove, Bandar Puteri, Bandar Puteri 2, Taman Bayu Perdana, Pulau Indah Phase 1 and Pulau Indah Phase 2.

Also affected are the entire Kampung Pulau Indah, Laguna Park, Kampung Telok Gong, Taman Armada Putera, Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), Bandar Bestari Jaya, Taman Rakyat Andalas, Taman Andalas Permai, Jalan Seri Sarawak 14-21, Taman Seri Andalas, Glenn Cruise, Westport, Kota Pendamar, Taman Teluk Gedung Indah and Pulau Ketam.

In Kuala Langat, the areas affected are 7th Mile and 8th Mile, Sijangkang, Kampung Medan 9th Mile, Taman Desa Sijangkang, Taman Riveria Perdana, Taman Permai Sijangkang, Taman Sijangkang Indah, Taman Medan Indah, Taman Perwira, Taman Sijangkang Jaya and Taman Sri Medan. The water supply disruption also involved Bandar Botanik Hospital, Arunamari Taman Bayu Perdana Hospital, Pantai Persiaran Raja Muda Musa Hospital, Sentosa Specialist Medical Centre and Jalan Sri Sarawak Dialysis Centre in Taman Andalas. Syabas advised consumers in the affected areas to make preparations by storing sufficient water supply during the water disruption period. PM: Kelantan won’t be treated like a ‘stepson’

PASIR MAS: Datuk Seri Najib Razak has given his assurance that as prime minister, he would be fair to all states regardless of whether they were Barisan Nasional-controlled states or otherwise.

Speaking at the opening of the Rantau Panjang Umno division meeting, here today, Najib said he was a prime minister for all states and pledged that Kelantan would not be treated any differently despite being administered by Pas. “I have to be fair as I am a prime minister for all states. Kelantan will not be treated like a stepson and will be considered for projects fairly,” he said. He said in Kelantan's case, there was no need to worry for as long he was prime minister, the state would continue to get fair consideration especially as it needs assistance.

However, Najib also noted that there were positives to be found in Pas as both they and Umno hold the future of Islam in high regards, and cooperate on certain matters. Najib also noted that there were Pas leaders who had come to his defence when he came under intense attack over issues, especially on social media. On issues pertaining 1Malaysia Development Bhd (IMDB), Najib said people should be fair and also highlight its good deeds. "1MDB has repaired homes, sent pilgrims off to perform the hajj, and given out scholarships,” he said, adding that all 1MDB’s loans are expected to be settled within five months.

As part of his visit to Kelantan today, Najib also engaged in a meet-the-people session at the Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi Teknikal Mara at Lubuk Jong.

Bermulanya acara sukan tidak berfaedah, menyusahkan rakyat!

SELAMA INI demonstrasi haram yang diadakan pada hujung minggu sudah dianggap cukup menyusahkan kehidupan seharian warga kota. Kesesakan jalan raya berlaku di mana-mana. Susur masuk ke Kuala Lumpur sesak, susur keluar pun sesak. Keadaan jalan raya di dalam bandar lagi sesak. Semuanya kerana banyak jalan ditutup ‘secara terpaksa’.

Semalam bermula satu acara sukan tidak berfaedah yang menambahkan stres dan kemarahan penduduk kota. Perlumbaan kereta di tengah bandar. Acara itu berlangsung selama tiga hari, semalam, hari ini dan esok. Acara itu kononnya sangat hebat sehingga digembar-gemburkan akan mencatat ‘sejarah nasional.’ Ya, memang sejarah akan tercatat sebagai perlumbaan kereta di tengah bandar yang paling menyusahkan hidup hampir dua juta warga Kuala Lumpur!

Sejak seminggu lalu warga kota sudah memberi reaksi negatif terhadap penganjuran acara ini. Bacalah Facebook, Twitter dan media sosial lain, semuanya penuh dengan maki hamun terhadap penganjur acara ini. Jangan salahkan mereka. Warga kota ada sebab yang berasas untuk ‘naik angin’. Mereka berhak merasa marah. Jalan raya di tengah ibu kota yang tak pernah merasa sesaat pun tanpa kesesakan dijadikan litar lumba. Idea tidak siuman siapakah ini?

Kenapa perlu diadakan di tengah-tengah bandar sedangkan Malaysia sudah mempunyai litar lumba kereta terhebat di dunia iaitu Litar F1 Sepang. Kalau penganjur ‘perasan’ mahu menjadikan perlumbaan ini seperti di Litar Monte Carlo, lupakanlah! Jalan raya di tengah-tengah bandar Kuala Lumpur tidak mencapai standard minimum untuk dijadikan litar lumba.

Warga kota terpaksa berhadapan dengan kesesakan paling azab sepanjang minggu acara ini diadakan. Walaupun acara hanya bermula semalam, persiapannya sudah bermula lebih awal dari itu. Kerja-kerja memasang pagar keselamatan, penghadang jalan, pentas dan macam-macam lagi sudah mengganggu aliran trafik harian. Laluan yang sempit bertambah sempit. Kesesakan berlaku sepanjang masa bukan sahaja di venue perlumbaan malah di mana-mana sahaja.

Tidak ada istilah yang dapat menggambarkan bagaimana seksanya memandu masuk dan keluar dari ibu kota pada waktu ini. Yang terlibat pula lima jalan utama. Jalan-jalan tersebut ditutup kepada semua kenderaan bermula semalam hingga esok dek kerana perlumbaan tidak berfaedah ini. Jalan-jalan raya yang terlibat ialah Jalan Ampang ke KLCC, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Perak dan Jalan P. Ramlee.
Seperti biasa setiap kali jalan ditutup, maka berlaku kesesakan luar biasa yang menambahkan sakit jiwa warga kota yang mahu ke tempat kerja.
Tolonglah jangan nasihatkan mereka menggunakan pengangkutan awam hanya kerana mahu merasionalkan acara tidak berfaedah ini!

Apa yang menghairankan kenapalah Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) boleh meluluskan perlumbaan ini? Pihak berkuasa tempatan itu sudah tentu maklum apa akan terjadi jika satu acara lumba kereta diadakan di tengah-tengah kota raya itu. Kenapalah diluluskan satu acara yang jelas akan menambahkan kesesakan jalan raya sedangkan litar khas untuk perlumbaan kereta motor sudah tersedia di Sepang!
Penganjur tidak perlulah menghalalkan penganjuran acara ini dengan memberikan fakta-fakta ekonomi sebagai sokongan. Antaranya acara ini akan menjana pendapatan negara menerusi sektor pelancongan, mewujudkan ‘berjuta-juta’ peluang pekerjaan serta memperkenalkan Kuala Lumpur di mata dunia.

Semua orang sudah tahu tetapi penduduk kota tidak ambil peduli semua itu. Mereka cuma mahu rutin kehidupan seharian mereka ke tempat kerja tidak diganggu. Lagipun apalah taraf perlumbaan kereta yang tak pernah orang dengar pun selama ini jika mahu dibandingkan dengan perlumbaan F1 yang saban tahun dinanti-nantikan peminat dari seluruh dunia!

Tolonglah jangan ulangi lagi perlumbaan tidak berfaedah ini tahun depan. Penduduk Kuala Lumpur sudah terbeban dengan macam-macam tekanan hidup. Kos sara hidup yang tidak turun-turun, kegawatan politik serta situasi ekonomi yang tidak memberangsangkan.
Lagipun jalan raya di tengah bandar Kuala Lumpur ini bukanlah elok sangat. Sempit, compang-camping, penuh dengan lubang, lompang sana sini, kualiti turapan yang tidak sempurna selain pelbagai kecacatan lain.
Tanyalah mat rempit, mereka pun tidak sanggup berlumba di jalan raya di tengah ibu kota ini!
