Stuck At POST Screen

Hi guys.

I was trying to reinstall windows on my friend's PC as it was stuck at the windows loading screen.

So I went to the Bios to set it to boot from CD.

But upon booting, this error came up and I'm stuck there until now.

I tried using Load Optimized Settings, doesn't work as well.

Clearing the CMOS also did not work.

Any idea what I should do?

Laptop Freezes Randomly

So I have an Acer Aspire 4736z... (since 2009)

Been working great until recently, whenever I play musics, videos or games, the system would freeze randomly for less than a second.

But nothing happens when do everything else.

So any idea what's wrong?

Black Screen with letter 'i'

Recently I got a presumably an error page which is just a black screen with a white letter 'i' on the top left corner.
(not 'j', that's what Google got me but im pretty sure its a different thing)

Anyone have any idea what it means??

I get this page whenever I try to increase the CPU clock multiplier in my attempt to overclock the CPU.
It runs fine without the overclocking.

This problem started after my recent update to the BIOS. Is there no other way except to revert back to my old BIOS?

Morning everyone.
This laptop of mine is damaged badly on the screen, power supply and keyboard.

Anyone can suggest where to buy the replacements locally?
I know where to find on the internet but I'm not sure which one is more trustworthy. If you guys can recommend a site I'd be greatful.

If all fails, I'll have to find someone to sell it to.

Buying a new Graphic Card

Hi guys~ I just recently toasted my Radeon HD 2600 PRO graphic card. So now I'm looking to buy a new one.

Can anyone recommend me a good and cheap Dx10 graphic card? Tried searching at Mudah.com but the prices weren't so convincing.

Here's my PC spec without the toasted GC:

Motherboad: Gigabyte S-Series GA-M56S-S3
Processor: AMD64 Athlon X2
PSU: P4-500w
RAM: 2.5GB

VB6 Picture Box... Size Problem

I have this blank space problem with my picture box. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Where does this blank space come from? The picturebox size, should actually follow the image size as I coded. And the scroll bars are in weird sizes as well.
I can't find this problem from Google either~

Problem with small hub...

I bought a small hub to connect 2 computers in my house, 1 laptop & 1 PC.
I just plug and play it, no tedious setup and all and it runs well.
But the only problem I'm having now is that every time my laptop restarts, my network connection with the PC will lose and I will have to reboot the hub to get the connection working again.
And some times, just rebooting the hub is not enough, I have to reboot the PC as well.

The way I'm connecting them is, the PC on 1st port and the laptop on the 2nd port.

Anyone can help me on getting around this problem?

(can any mods help me move this thread, i think its in a wrong place )

I'm looking for the cheapest & latest(as long can fit in new gc & stuffs) of these two options:

[mobo + graphic card + processor + 1gb ram]

OR

[mobo (onboard graphics) + processor + 1gb ram]

I'm looking for just exactly those things, not including casing, keyboard, HD or anything else.

Can anyone tell me the cheapest i can get them and if possible where i can get them.

I'm in Kuching rite now. It's okay if u give the prices/locations of the ones in KL, but if can I want the prices in Kuching.
