Hi. I would like to ask something regarding car loan refinances.
I finished paying my new car about 1 year ago. Im thinking of refinance my car to get some cash. Why i choose this because the interest rate is way lower than personal loan. Is possible rite? I dont want to touch my saving and fix d acc. Wise move?

I Might Got A Tender for around RM250K.
Net Profit Around RM50K.
Any Good Advise so that I dont need to donate somuch tax to gov?
Means Squize More From The 50K.
Of cuz you need to open a company rite ? sdn/trading ?

I got Myself ADSL Modem From DLINK Model DSL-502B in order to replace my OLD Aztech DSL605EW.
The Problem is What connection Type Should i use. I still wanted to use the Aztech wireless to surf the net mean time let Dlink modem handle the internet connection.
Here is what i do

I had set dlink to PPPOE.
usename/pass in dlink.

And Aztech Set to Bridge mode.

Connect Aztech port#1 (since it dont have Wan Port) to DLINK LAN port.
It Still doesnt Connect to the net.
BTW Does Aztech support Bridge ?
ANy help Would Be good

I have a Question for you guys that own AV receiver.
Does you av receiver allow you to choose 1080p output in 24/50/60mhz?
Cuz My LCD EAT max to 60mhz only even my ps3 set to 24 i got invalid mode.
It shouldn/t be Cable problem lah ho ?

Location: SWK

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech 605E
Router: DLINK DIR-665

At home im connecting to internet through Direct Cable from pc to Aztech modem. It was Running Fine.

Im Planing to get The Dlink Router 2molo for wireless around my home.
I checked the dlink Default ip is 192.168.0.1.
And My current Aztech modem is 192.168.1.1
The Problem is Do i need to configure anything ? Or Just Plug And play ? Haven try to connect yet... but i have to prepare for any stupid things gonna happen rite ?

hi i got a 6ohm speaker. but the problem is i forgot to look at the AMP specs ITs 4ohm and 8ohm !
what should i do ?
btw speaker is sonus faber +( damm wrong mistake i make.
