Hi all, I found an injured stray cat at my residential area today. She seems to have an injury to her tail and a us. The wound is foul smelling and the tail is limp.

Hi all,
been riding around on my 2nd hand ER6 for a few years now
The bike is now long in the tooth & its time for a replacement

Some of the machines im eying

MT09 2018
Street triple s 765
Kawasaki z900 / 900 rs

Triumph showroom provides test ride bikes, so ive test ridden the street triple
But anywhere can test ride the mt09 & kawa?

I've never really deal with bike shops before, as i bought my er6 direct from previous owner.
any suggestions fellow bikers?

Hello all, I had purchased a property for own stay that is still under construction sometime 2 years ago now. SPA signed and stamped
It is scheduled for VP in 2nd quarter 2020.
Due to the structure of my loan arrangements (60% loan), i am responsible for making the early disbursements, and the loan disbursement and subsequent repayment will only kick in after I have paid my part.

Because of multiple issues with the developer (project delays, poor sales - less than 30% sold, etc) - developer had at one point requested for a buyback of the property due to poor sales of current project and wanted to redevelop it. This fell thorugh as the developer failed to get unanimous agreement of all purchasers.
I am looking for options terminate/ get out of the SPA.

What are my options?
Can i sell the property off even though it is not complete?

What happens with my paid up monies, and also the loan facility which is not yet disbursed?

Dear all,

Am considering either of the above cars.
Both are at the same price point (VW giving more year end rebates) despite the Passat being a D segment vs the civic's C segment.

Civic comes with more electronic bells and whistles
Entry level passat quite basic interior
One is a Conti car the other is a Japanese
Passat carries 10 more horsepower

Passat has the infamous dry dual clutch DSG..... supposedly issues of leak and part failure already fixed.

Which would YOU choose and WHy?

Want to ask guide on how to go about refurbishing a 10 year old Myvi with 100k km mileage.

What should I refurbish & where should I do it?
Are there shops that specialize in refurbishing cars? - As in they do all in, from engine overhaul to air con and interior refurbishment?
How much to budget for refurbishment ?

Want to research regarding car refurbishment as I am not keen to purchase a new car at moment due to financial constraints.
Will consider getting a new car if not really able to refurbish the current one.

Hello everyone,

Am creating this thread to seek advice as well as to educate others on this possible con-job by some unsculporus 3rd parties
Frm the period of Mid June till 3rd week on July 2016, I was charged rm4 a day for some vague ''value added services'' by digi via a 3rd party 37800.

I only realized the error when i checked my itemized bill online after receiving quite a large bill.
Managed to call digi customer service and cancel the value added service.
When queried as to what it was, and how i was subscribed to it - I was told its some government agency... Customer service was unable to provide further details.

I was told that digi would not minus the charges from the bill
I duly paid the bill of rm 132 ++
I have been waiting for this months bill, and sure as expected, I have been charged rm4 per day

Anyone has any experience on this before
IS there any way to agrue the case with DIGI and get back my hard earned money??

Attached is a screenshot of my itemized bill . This month's total is rm 143.10
I fear this is not the end of it, as next month's bill will be from 6th-21st ++

Hello,

Recently I purchased a used kapchai motorcycle - a 2011 fz 150i with 58k km's on it.
To be used mainly for work purposes, and the occasional weekend bukit tinggi/genting/fun ride.
Im looking to get the bike in tip top shape again with moderate costs (im not rich man)

1) Need recommendations on a good/ relatively honest mechanic to look over the bike and do the necessary works.

2) Any sifu's with know how on what needs to be done for a used bike like this to make it running 'syok' again? Preferably with estimated costs

Further info on my bike :-
The bike is in generally good shape, with stock engine, and an aftermarket slip on exhaust

Things Ive done so far

- tyre change front back. Both tyres looked a bit care-worn/botak when i got the bike
- brake pad front/ brake drum back change.....Brakes are very important for obvious reasons
- engine oil/oil filter/ radiator coolant changed
- added a fork stabilzer to the front ( there was some vibration to the handlebars initially)
- chain & sprocket changed.
- air filter replaced

Hope to see some sifu/s coming in. Maybe this tread can be a guide for newbies into the biking world
