Optimal SSD Temperature

Hello, may I know is it my temperature running on SSD is normal? Using Speccy and HWMonitor monitoring software, it show red color which is look like dangerous temperature for running. Anyone know how to solve this problem.

This is new SSD, and this pc just bought a week ago. Brand Adata Su650 120Gb.

I'm planning on build ryzen, but low budget only. How much for low budget ryzen build?
If I try to sell my current rig, if there a chance people want to buy or maybe I keep it not worth to sell. This spec already oudated, doing work also so slow, play game low setting only.

It just my target to earn properties such as Landed House at Shah Alam or Setia Alam. A brand new Honda Civic(Honda Ketam) and a big bike Yamaha Mt-09 or Mv Agusta Brutale?

So, how many should my income? Any idea how do i achieve that target?
Business, what type of business? How to start?
