My icon and taskbar is missing.. i think this problem is because of explorer.exe . how do i repair this..?

What happen to me is no icon, no start tab and no taskbar on my D: drive.. only show the background.. why..? Its happen yesterday when suddenly my pc get restarted when playing games.. then i go straight to shutdown coz late night and feel sleepy.. now this morning got this problem..

Is there any other way except to reformat again..? Im using XP..
