Importing Electroncs

Hi, forgive me for asking possibly in the wrong forum category, but I need help from the technical experts here
-I am looking forward to importing a few device from us, be it through amazon or man manufaturer https://gaemspge.com/product/gaems-vanguard/ and http://store.apple.com/us/buy-iphone/iphone6
-I want to know since Malaysia uses 240v of power, is there anyway to use imported items safely without causing damage if the imported item uses 110/120v?
-I know that we need an adaptor because the pins on power cable differ from here, but on top of that do we need any transformer or whatsoever?
-What about the taxes, how much do we have to pay?

Operating system for Gaming

Hi there, I want to ask all of you experts which operating system fits gaming properly. I hope you can comment on PROs and Cons on following OS:
1)Windows 7
2)Windows 8.1
3)windows 8.1 pro
4)windows 10 (should I wait for it)

Secondly can you guys tell me whether ungenuined OS is suitable for gaming purposes, because I see that genuine OS is getting pricey with each release, what are the pros and cons of owning non genuine windows 7?
