Range Extender vs Home Wifi Mesh System

Dear all
I wish to clarify something on range extender and home wifi mesh system.
I am user of Digi i150 and would like to boost the range of wifi signal. I am currently using TPLink Range Extender but the signal is not truly stable through its 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency band. Hence I am thinking of upgrading to Home Mesh System.
(a) Is Home Mesh System a better option in boosting the wifi signal as compared with range extender?
(b) I was told by the sales agent that Home Mesh System cannot be used to boost signal from Digi and this system is used to extend the range of wifi signal from Maxis Fibre, Time Fibre and Unifi. Is this true as I have not came across such thing through my limited reading?

Vivo V9 Questions

Dear All
I have recently bought in Vivo V9 and done a system update days ago. My current Android version is 8.1.0 and software version is PDF1730F EX A 1.10.7
Following are my two questions/problems:
(1) Whenever I make a call, phone will vibrate when the call is answered by the other party. How to disable this vibration? I cant find any setting to disable it. Under Sound and Vibration, I have disable the Vibrate function but still the issue persists.
(2) After the update, there is no more LED indicator when I plug my phone to wall power supply. I have activate this: More Setting/Blinking Indicator and Flashlight Notifications, but I still cant see any LED indicator whenever I charge my phone.
Hope you all can shed some lights into my queries.

How to courier item with Li Ion battery

Dear all
Lately I have attempted to courier an electronic item containing Li Ion battery to East Malaysia from Semenanjung.
But I was rejected by the courier agent because Li Ion battery is not permitted for air cargo.
And with my limited research, Li Ion battery is classified under dangerous item under these laws:
Malaysian Civil Aviation Act 1969 No.66 &67,
Act 3 Malaysian Civil Aviation Act 1969
•1st Offence :Individual fine RM 50,000 and /or not more than 3 years imprisonment.
Corporate :RM 100,000.
•2nd Offence:Individual fine RM 100,000 and /or not more than 3 yrs imprisonment.
Corporate :RM 150,000.

So I was wondering if we have to send items containing Li Ion battery to East Malaysia, what will be the available option(s)?
Of course certain country accept the item as long as the battery is installed in the device itself but this is simply not applicable in my case.
