[WTA] Need help for my Denon X2200W AV Receiver

Hello. My name is Amir, i am staying at penang. I have a faulty Denon X2200w AV receiver. It wont output video and audio through HDMI. The unit does power on without any issues.

Here is the things that ive tried:

- Hard reset the unit
- Visual inspection at the digital pcb
- No burn marks or buldging capacitors
- ive tested capacitance of the capacitor in circuit using
multimeter (fluke 177c)
- no value below the rated spec ( some are way higher - maybe
due to im testing it in circuit?
- i do not test yet ESR of the capacitors due no ESR meter)
- i open the special menu of the unit (version display)
- i found that it displays error (IP SCALER ERR 02)
- currently im lost direction; btw i am a newbie in electronics troubleshooting.
- im thinking to reflow the decoder chip (ADV8003) which refers to service manual related to IP SCALER ERR 02 ; maybe due to cold solder??

Hello guys.. i'm seeking for career advices as im totally like "dunno what to do anymore?" I am 25 years old

Here is simplified story of my life :

2012
Sambung belajar at UTeM - Degree Mechanical Engineering(Automotive) with Honours

2017
Feb - Finished my study
March - Started working(contract) as Strategy and Business Development Exec.
August - End of Contract

2018
Feb - Until today still unemployed. Unable to secure a job.

- I tried apply countless entry level/junior exec position at jobstreet ( even subscribed the priority application)
- Tried 25++ ish resume drop at company. Still no feedback yet.
- I even put RM 1.7k as expected salary on jobstreet.

What should i do ? im clueless oredi. Everything doesnt work according to the plan. Right now im staying at my parents house at Kuala Kedah, Kedah. I also mention in my resume that "im ready to fully commit to the work and willing to relocate".
