Used Mazda 3 1.6 hatchback vs. New Honda Jazz

Hi guys. Need some advice, preferable car owner of the realted models....

Am looking for car to replace my old 10-year Gen 2.
Currently i hv two options....

1. Used 2012 Mazda 3 1.6 hatch back - OTR RM 63,500
2. New Honda Jazz 1.5 E spec - OTR RM 73,000

I am in the dilemm now. Personally i prefer Mazda brand, but a car dealer told me that mazda secondhand car is very hard to trade in in future. either i will kena cut in pricing, or no one will want to help me sell the car.

For Honda jazz, you can see that it cost me more 10k. the only.good thing i appreciate is the 5 yrs warranty for unlimited mileage.

Any mazda 3 drivers here? Any advice?

Hi all,

i am a so-called newbie parent. My wife is expected to deliver by this coming May. So i am now reading and surveying for Post Natal care/items.
My parents are suggesting Eu Yan Sang confinement package. Well, the brand is really trust worthy, but i can see the price is also quite premium.
Just wonder if anyone can share some advice with me about this....... it can be centre, product, or experience 陪月婆?
