i had a discussion with a friend of mine, weather to take Conventional Financing or Islamic Financing.
there is a clause saying if the borrower is decease in any unprecedented event, the loan amount is waived.
is it true?
pros and cons of those loan are
Islamic = fixed based Loaning Rate
Conventional = Fluctuate rate
