Oppo common issues? Help please

Has any one encounter these issues with Oppo phone (oppo Reno5F or others) ?

Appreciate any advise from any one on how to solve this ,especially point number 3 below .

1) Intermittently , when you call any mobile number , the recipient cannot hear you .Restarting the phone is the only temporary workaround.

2) When u press number or asterisk ,following instructions from an IVR , your selection is NOT recognized by that IVR

3)Oppo service center says phone has water damage (because white small sticker inside phone is red ) despite me NEVER dropping the phone in any water ,or spilling any liquid on it or even never letting phone get wet in rain .As a result ,warranty is void .

honda city door

HI

Anyone experienced honda city driver door ,top part ,bent ?

Honda service center said someone tried to prise open my car door from the top and so it was bent.There is a slight gap there

This gap in middle ,top , part of the top is wider than the rest .Now ,after closing door ,u can insert a finger slightly inside the gap. Passenger door there is no gap

However there are no scratches inside of the driver door (top) .So Honda said someone may have bent the top part of the door via his fingers.They said that top part is not hard and can be bent by pulling hard with fingers

Anyone ever experienced this ? I am not aware of my vehicle being broken into and anything robbed at all. No idea when this happened too.

I have to pay to knock back the top part of the door.So far I haven't noticed rain water getting in

CANON WIRELESS PRINTER RECOMMENDATION

Anybody can recommend a good canon wireless printer which has no issues like repeated disconnection between printer and router ?

I recently bought a e470 canon wireless printer .I setup connection to the Maxis fiber router, However I had repeated disconnection issues.The connection only worked one day.I had to reset connection ,printer to the router, daily to get it to work

Canon support also setup static ip settings from printer to router...but the same problem occured the next day

Has anybody experienced a similar problem with their e470 or any of the below canon wireless printers?

Anybody has any recommendation for best wireless canon printer ?

Re:Unethical business practice of Lazada Group.Lazada Case 14802220,14634457,15091243,14937965: Lazada Order #204745956214466

I write to HIGHLIGHT about the unethical business practice of Lazada Group.

They advertised a mobile phone for sale with a return policy stating simply "Change of Mind is applicable within 14 days."(Please see the attachment and link below )

No further description was provided about this policy, on the whole selling page. No asterisks next to the sentence, with a guide to look at the bottom of the page for further T&Cs. No link from the selling page leading to further details about this return policy.

Therefore .to any person, this statement "Change of Mind is applicable within 14 days", would simply mean we could buy the item, test it and if we find the item unsatisfactory, we would be able to return the item without damage in the original box within the stipulated period.

However, they have rejected my return of the item, and my request for refund. Their reason is that, as per their Standard Operating Procedure(SOP), Change of Mind is applicable only if the plastic seal placed around the mobile is not removed.

How would I know I do not want the item, without removing the simple plastic seal on the item and testing it?

When I told them that this full description of the "Change of Mind is applicable" term was not mentioned on the selling page, they have provided a link to a totally different page with the description of the Term. These details were not on the selling page.(Please see the attachment)

Isn't it their responsibility to provide the description of their terms on the selling page?

I have spoken to several of their customer service agents and Supervisors. (Lazada Case 14802220,14634457,15091243,14937965).They have insisted on imposing their SOP on a customer when they have not adequately described that to the customer during point of sale.

Lazada group seem to be intentionally misleading customers by publishing only partial information on their selling page.

I am not one to misuse return policy.I have been buying from Lazada for the many times .I only tested it for carefully for 30 mins,and immediately put it back into the box after that and returned it.It was sent in mint condition .
Customer service actually told me I should have stated reason for returned as "not working" instead of being honest and stating Change of Mind.

I have made a report to EADUAN.KPDNKK.GOV.MY.

If anyone is aware of other avenues of complaint I can use ,please advise .

hi

when your civic has 4 or more people and 3 or 4 big heavy luggage in the boot , do you find sometime when u are driving fast you sometimes find it too low and find Increased bottoming out ?

And even if you go slow on speed bumps ,you still find the car hitting the road / bump ?
