FAQ

1. When can I make a booking for my furniture delivery?

From 10.00 am to 8.00pm, Mondays to Sundays (except for public holidays).

2. How do I know who is my driver and if I can trust him?

Your assigned 4x4 driver’s details (such as his name and vehicle plate number) will appear in the app. At TheLorry, we screen our drivers and ensure proper disciplinary measures are in place to
ensure our drivers are of the best quality.

3. How early must I make my booking?

We recommend you to make your booking at least 1 hour before your pickup time.

4. Will the driver make multiple trips?

For each booking, the driver will pick up the items and deliver them to its destination only once. For a second trip, you will need to make a second booking.

5. Is furniture assembly and manpower provided?

We only provide transportation from IKEA to your home. No furniture assembly and manpower are provided.

6. What fits in a 4x4?

We will load any furniture that can fit onto the 4x4 pickup bed. Any excess furniture will require a second 4x4 pickup. Here’s a guide of what fits in a 4x4:

7. Can I get a lorry to transport my furniture?

This promotion is available for 4x4 vehicles only.

8. Can I hitch a ride on the 4x4?
