Hi, We're doing RMA SERVICE for any kind of PC accessories including board, proc, ram, headset, mouse or etc.
Your item must under certain usage depending which brand. Unless you are sending Asus item.

ONLY PC ACCESSORIES, unrelated product or item we cannot receive or RMA!

Currently, Asus given full successfully RMA item as long the void doesn't obvious & not too absolute.
Example :- (h81 & above & same year with gpu & above) not absolute item.

Please read carefully :-

1- Item UNDER warranty / non-void items may highly chance to succeed.
2- If its OVER warranty / void-item, there is 50% chance to succeed.
3 - Payment only be made after receiving back to us before we sent to owner.
4 - Rejected item only need to pay postage with inclusive safety guarantee + safety packaging.
5 - Lastly, we are not repairing/refurbishing your item. We are sending your item to the manufacturer company itself to get 1 on 1 change item (same / newer version depends on stock)

How to deal ? :-

1 - Sent the item to our location / COD.
2 - You will get notice when the item is sent to the manufacturer.
3 - RMA ETA period 3-6 weeks, depends on manufacture.
4 - If item successful RMA the payment will be RM 70 for each item (RMA service) + RM xx (postage back to owner).
5 - If the item replaced into new item / upgrade it will be RM100 for each item (RMA service) + RM xx (postage back to owner
6 - If rejected, payment ONLY need for POSTAGE only. Depending on the item weight + size + safety packaging.
