Subwoofer got electric leakage?

Hi all, I have a sunfire subwoofer for my 5.1 set up. When I power up my subwoofer, there is this electric leakage happening, (i.e. numb feel on finger when touching some other component/connection/metal). I confirmed this by switching on and off component by component (receiver, tv, players) and nailed down it's the subwoofer.

Is this normal? Or is this early sign of failure that I need to repair the subwoofer? Any advice?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 1 month ago
Problem frequency: Exactly every 10 mins
Problem description: The internet LED goes off at exactly 10 mins, and come back again. But you will disconnected for few seconds there. DSL light stable, not blinking. Called TM, and they said they checked my phone line, and it's ok.

What is the +3.3V, +5v, +12V? My +3.3V only around 1.89V? How do i raise it? will this affect OC?

Yesterday i went to PC Fair. Wanna buy a LCD monitor. I found one BXXX brand 19" monitor selling at RM599. I peek into the brochure, wow contrast 800:1, Brightness: 330 cd/m2. I was fine with the price of that spec. After I paid, then i check the box. OMG, the spec is different. Contrast 700:1, Brightness 330 cd/m2. AM I been cheated? Wasted my time surveying in PC fair? and you give me a false information and i bought the LCD? I asked for clarification. They asked me wait, the guy called his boss "BOSS, here got someone wan FIGHT....ok." (in cantonese)
WTF??? FIGHT!!! I just wan my right as a consumer. waited 10+ mins. His boss came, and said "oh, i don know le. This LCd and brochure from BXXX. Oklah, what u wan?"
"don ask me what i wan, ask urself what u can do for me.I have been wasted my time here, and feel cheated." I answered.
The boss NEVER apology to me. He just tell me if i not satisfy, just refund the monitor la. I refused. I took the brochure and LCD. NOt sure can I sue the company for providing wrong information or sue the BXXX for printing fake brochure? Hm... Or asking for compensation of the feel being cheated, wasting my time. any lawyer friend here?

Log in redirection page, how?

I'm using a DSL600EW and has configured the network card and IE setting. I can connect to internet as well. BUt when i wanna setup modem, type in router.setup, it pop up log in redirection page. It suppose don have it rit? i tried put in username password but cant. Hw? isit coz firewall?
