One of the mid range condos, I&#39;d say. It&#39;s quite well maintained and the maintenance fee is RM15/ft². I&#39;m trying to buy another condominium but it seems that the fees have at least doubled in a few years.<br /><br />So, what is considered a normal maintenance fee in KL in 2019? What is high and what is low? Can I still find new places that are well maintained but have lower fees?
