Problem with debt collector

TLDR
- Applied 5G simcard with this ISP(For company use), the ISP account manager use my company email address as the contact person.
- Bill due, debt collector send text and email with threats for lawsuit if i don't pay the bill. The amount is RM49.50 btw.
- Texted the ISP account manager along with screenshot of the text from debt collector, ask them to change the email to account department email since I am not in charge for billing and payments. Even write an email to ISP support email address and the debt collector as well, ISP replied say they will look into this but no reply form debt collector. This was on 3rd of July.
- Then 6th of July received text and email from debt collector again, decided to call them directly this time and reminds them again to contact the account department and even texted them the account department email. Also warn them not to contact me again, this was around 11am on 6th of July.
- Again on 6th of July, around 1pm they send another email now threatening to visit office. Tak reti bahasa ke apa?

ISP stand of Internet Service Provider like TM/Unifi, TIMES, Maxis etc.

Anyway I can deal with them? Or any channel I can contact to report them? Reminded them multiple times yet still contact me with threats for lawsuit and office visit, seriously gets into my nerve already.

UPDATE: Issue resolved, the debt collector claimed to be in charge for our company account called and said they already updated their "system" and no longer need to contact me for billing and payment. Portal also updated where the account for 5G simcard can be paid through portal like usual.

Orang Asli reps lodge police reports over claims Jaslinda was 'confined' by Tok Batin

TAPAH: About 50 Tok Batin (village heads) and Orang Asli representatives from three districts lodged police reports on Tuesday (June 9) over slanderous allegations circulating on social media against the Tok Batin of the Lubuk Gaharu Orang Asli Village (KOA), Mohd Asmmadi Abdullah.

The complainants, from Batang Padang, Muallim and Kinta districts, said the reports were made over allegations linked to the recent rescue of female hiker Jaslinda Saludin at Gunung Batu Putih.

Lata Kinjang KOA Tok Batin Rani a/l Bah Ulin said the report was lodged following the circulation of video content by a social media user who allegedly issued baseless statement that tarnished the reputation of Mohd Asmmadi and the Orang Asli leadership institution.

He said they were disappointed with allegations that Mohd Asmmadi had hidden or kept Jaslinda during the period she was reported missing, before she was later found by Orang Asli residents near the Lubuk Gaharu KOA.

"Those allegations are unfounded and deeply hurt the feelings of the Orang Asli community, as if we are a community that takes advantage of others’ misfortune.

"We see it as an insult not only to Tok Batin Asmmadi, but also to the entire Tok Batin institution, which has always played a role in helping communities regardless of race, especially during emergencies,” he said when met by Bernama after lodging the police reports at the Tapah District Police Headquarters here today.

Earlier, a video clip went viral on TikTok from the account "jokerspillthetea77”, which alleged that Jaslinda had been "confined” by the tok batin for two weeks and that if the matter had not gone viral, the tok batin might have married her.

Meanwhile, Orang Asli youth representative Eris Joshan a/l Chew Ho Beng, 22, urged the authorities to take stern action against the person responsible, saying the claims had tarnished the image of the tok batin involved in the search operation and cast a negative light on the entire Orang Asli community.

"The Tok Batin is a respected community leader and the pillar of Orang Asli leadership. Any insult against them indirectly affects the entire Orang Asli community in Malaysia.

"We, the Orang Asli, also have dignity that must be respected, because what some may see as a joke can become an insult that impacts the whole community,” he said.

He aso hopes that that appropriate legal action could be taken against the individual involved to serve as a lesson not to belittle or insult the Tok Batin institution and the Orang Asli community. - Bernama

Pemindahan Kuil Dewi Sri Pathrakaliamman ke tapak baharu diluluskan

KUALA LUMPUR: Pemindahan Kuil Dewi Sri Pathrakaliamman ke tapak baharu yang terletak kira-kira 100 meter dari lokasi asal telah diluluskan.

Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Wilayah Persekutuan), Hannah Yeoh berkata, kelulusan berkaitan tapak baharu itu diselesaikan termasuk kelulusan pelan bangunan oleh Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) pada September lalu serta pewartaan tapak sebagai rumah ibadat bukan Islam pada Disember.

Menurutnya, kebenaran membina bangunan di atas tanah berkenaan pula telah dikeluarkan oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur pada 14 Januari lalu.

“Hari ini kita sahkan bahawa lokasi baharu sudah disediakan oleh kerajaan dan semua kelulusan sudah diberikan.

“Tapak baharu ini sangat hampir dengan lokasi asal, hanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki kira-kira 100 meter, bagi memudahkan penganut untuk terus beribadat tanpa perlu berpindah jauh,” katanya selepas mempengerusikan Mesyuarat Pertama Majlis Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan bersama Ahli-Ahli Parlimen Kuala Lumpur di Menara DBKL, di sini, hari ini.

Hannah berkata, perbincangan awal antara kerajaan dan pihak pengurusan kuil telah diadakan, termasuk lawatan ke tapak baharu, dan kini tumpuan diberikan kepada penyelarasan proses pemindahan serta penetapan masa yang sesuai memandangkan ia melibatkan upacara keagamaan.

“Kita kini memberi tumpuan kepada penyelarasan proses pemindahan serta penetapan masa yang sesuai kerana ia melibatkan urusan keagamaan.

“Perbincangan akan diteruskan secara berkala selepas Thaipusam bagi memastikan semuanya dapat diselesaikan secara harmoni,” katanya.

Beliau turut merakamkan penghargaan kepada bekas Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Wilayah Persekutuan), Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa dan bekas Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Seri Maimunah Mohd Sharif atas usaha mereka menyelaraskan penyediaan tapak baharu kuil berkenaan dengan cekap dan pantas.

ALOR SETAR: Kerajaan negeri yakin proses perundangan berhubung tuntutan Kedah ke atas Pulau Pinang dapat dimulakan tahun ini selepas kerja menganalisis dokumen berkaitan selesai.

Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor, berkata pasukan perundangan sedang melihat sudut undang-undang yang sesuai sebelum kes berkenaan dibawa ke mahkamah.

Katanya, usaha itu mengambil masa kerana banyak dokumen perlu diteliti dan semua proses perlu dibuat secara teratur serta lengkap.

"Sebelum habis tahun ini saya jangka (bawa kes ke mahkamah). Pasukan kita sedang bekerja, proses untuk perundangan ada banyak teknikal, pasukan kita sudah bersedia cuma sudut yang nak diambil itu sedang dipertimbang.

"Kita buat secara perlahan, saya bukan nak cari gaduh tapi nak buat benda teratur sebab itu kita ambil masa bertahun. Untuk buat kajian, kumpul dokumen yang dihimpunkan untuk dianalisis," katanya pada sidang media selepas menghadiri Majlis Perhimpunan Penjawat Awam Negeri Kedah Bersama Menteri Besar, di Dataran Wisma Darul Aman di sini, hari ini.

Hadir sama, Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Kedah, Datuk Seri Norizan Khazali, barisan EXCO dan kakitangan awam Persekutuan dan negeri.

Dalam ucapannya, Sanusi menzahirkan keperluan supaya isu berkaitan pajakan Pulau Pinang diperjelas secara telus kepada semua pihak berkaitan.

Katanya, Pulau Pinang termasuk Seberang Perai adalah wilayah hak milik Kesultanan Kedah sejak zaman silam yang diduduki secara haram melalui penipuan oleh penjajah bermula 9 Ogos 1786.

"Pada 11 Ogos 1786, Francis Light mengibarkan bendera Union Jack di tanah milik Sultan Kedah. Ini satu jenayah. Pada 12 April tahun 1791, Sultan Kedah, Sultan Abdullah Mukarram Shah melancarkan usaha untuk mendapatkan kembali Pulau Pinang namun tewas.

"Pada 7 Julai 1800, Sultan Kedah, Sultan Dhiauddin terpaksa menandatangani perjanjian menyerahkan sebahagian Seberang Perai kepada British, lalu Seberang Perai diberi nama baharu, Province Wellesley," katanya.

Beliau berkata, penyerahan Seberang Perai hanya seluas 60 relung, namun ditambah dan kini ia seluas 751 kilometer persegi atau bersamaan 75,100 hektar.

"Di peringkat awal, nilai pajakan Pulau Pinang dipersetujui oleh Sultan Abdullah Mukarram Shah adalah sebanyak 6,000 Spanish Dollar, namun tidak dibayar Francis Light. Itu yang menyebabkan perang pada 1791.

"Apabila dapat Seberang Perai, nilai pajakan ditambah 4,000 Spanish Dollar menjadikan jumlah 10,000 Spanish Dollar. Selepas merdeka, pajakan diubah menjadi RM10,000. Bermula 2018, ditambah RM10 juta menjadikan pajakan hari ini sebanyak RM10,010,000," katanya.

Hamas di Gaza tolak pelan damai Trump

GAZA: Ketua sayap tentera Hamas di Gaza, Izz al-Din al-Haddad, memberitahu pihak perantara bahawa beliau menolak pelan gencatan senjata Amerika Syarikat (AS), sambil menegaskan kumpulannya bertekad untuk terus berjuang.

Pada masa sama, Mesir meneruskan usaha memujuk Hamas menerima cadangan itu, dengan Menteri Luar Mesir, Badr Abdelatty, mengakui masih terdapat jurang besar yang perlu ditangani.

BBC melaporkan pada Khamis bahawa perantara menghubungi al-Haddad yang menegaskan beliau tidak bersetuju dengan pelan gencatan senjata baharu AS.

Menurut laporan itu, al-Haddad percaya pelan berkenaan dirangka bagi menjatuhkan Hamas sama ada kumpulan itu menerimanya atau tidak, justeru beliau bertekad meneruskan pertempuran.

Laporan itu turut menyebut, sebahagian pemimpin Hamas di Qatar dilihat terbuka untuk mempertimbangkan pelan damai itu dengan beberapa pindaan, namun pengaruh mereka terhad kerana tiada kuasa terhadap tebusan yang ditahan.

Perpecahan dalam kepimpinan Hamas dilaporkan menghalang kumpulan itu membuat keputusan mengenai pelan damai Trump, manakala pihak perantara sedang berusaha memecahkan kebuntuan tersebut.

Cadangan mereka ialah Hamas menerima pelan berkenaan secara prinsip, sebelum satu persidangan antarabangsa diadakan bagi membincangkan butiran lanjut.

Antara persoalan utama Hamas ialah sama ada gencatan senjata akan bermula serta-merta selepas pengumuman sokongan terhadap prinsip pelan itu.

Hamas berpendapat, persetujuan itu sepatutnya bermakna pemberhentian serta merta segala tindakan ketenteraan.

Namun, Israel menegaskan gencatan senjata hanya akan berkuat kuasa selepas Hamas dan semua puak Palestin lain memberi persetujuan penuh, sebelum tempoh kiraan tiga hari bermula untuk pembebasan semua baki tebusan. – AGENSI

I am proud of Proton - our own national car brand.
In fact, I owned two - a Wira and a Gen2.

And I fully understood the decision to sell Proton stakes to Geely, it made good economic and engineering sense to partner them. We could even leverage on some tech coming from Volvo, another car maker that they own.

Since then we've had the X70, X50, X90, S70.
All decent cars. A big step forward from the Personas and Iriz of the world.

Now we have the eMas - Proton's first EV.

After years of localising the Chinese models to wear our badge, you would think Proton would at least have some say in what parts to change and localise.

Yet, on the eMas, you have this on the windscreen.
Like <link removed>'s Hafriz Shah said, you could have at least changed it to KLCC, KL Tower, etc.

After all, you do want it to be seen as a 'Malaysian car' kan.

Just caught my one of my female colleague took and sniffing my sweater, that creeps me the fuck out guys...No she didn't notice me while doing it, because i saw her from a distant. Then she put back my sweater on my chair, fucking hell now i need to wash it at least 10 times!

Seriously, should i report to HR about her crazy behavior? Changing my seat aren't going to help much if i still be hanging my sweater on my chair unless i keep my sweater in home, but then the office now cold as fuck and i cannot tahan sejuk.

Anyone else got story about how you shut those trash talker up by beating them?

Here’s mine, we have a small college/university basketball tournament back then. My team got some great players, but unfortunately we only managed got into top 5. Anyway i remember we going against UPM, macibai this point guard damm lansi as fuck and talking trash whenever he score to demoralise his opponents. Add more fire his U punya girls all cheering when he score, we all aim 9 him before game day. During game day, me a point guard myself i ask my coach to guard him. Boy, I locked him so hard that he can only score 4 points. Chasing him everywhere in the court, until his coach switches him. Yes we won the game, and that feels so fucking good shutting down a trash talker who thought he was Michael Jordan.
