Dear all,

I am close to buying a sub sale unit of 1250 ft. They received VP in 2015.

The price is 590k for tower B ((commercial)) , quick rent about 1.3k per year due to it is commercial.

I would appreciate if someone can share with me what they know about this apartment. PM me as you wish for insider news .

EPF contribution

Previously, even though we are employed, we can still fund our EPF account through maybank2u . The total money into our account is RM60k per year.

Then in July 2018 , Maybank2u just changed its interface to more apps-like and I noticed previously the contribution which was called Bayaran 1 Malaysia now is called Bayaran I Saraan in the EPF website.

My question is as at now, can we contribute ourselves through maybank2u ? I cant seem to find the function in maybank2u website.

FORM 1 till FORM 3 English Text Books

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone here could share the link or let me know at least for FORM 1 till FORM 3 in Malaysian government school . Say for FORM 1 , are all school using same textbooks ? or at least schools in the same state is confirmed using the same text book?
