changing job within 3 / 6 months

is it ok to change job within 3 or 6 months ? I just started to work not too long ago in Singapore. I found that the job scope wasnt what i am interested in... I am wondering will the new company call up my company to survey me ? Is there any way to prevent my current comapny t know i am hunting for new job ? Or should i tay longer before changing job ?perhaps 1 year ?

The above guide show me how to flash the android 5.0.2 for my xperia z . I'm using ori Sony xperia Z msia set . The update havent reach Msia althouth the update has been rolled out nearly 1 month . I dun wanna wait anymore , so I decided to flash the new firmware . But , I am all new to this .

How to revert back to Msia firmware again if the update has reach Msia one day ?

Just backup the data using PC Companion would be enough?

Need to format the phone first ? Just sign in to the Google account after format and all the apps will be automatically installed back to the phone again?

when will the stpm u3 results be released ? I'm applying job s a temporary teacher . PPD refused to pay me rm72 each day as lepasan STPM . the official said no stpm cert , so just gt rm54 ....p/s : i gave him my stpm sem1 , 2 ,3 and overall results...

I know that gt 920m is newer , but is it worth to taker laptop with gt920m which will cost me more RM100? I cant find any review on gt920m on the internet ...

i ahve narrowed down two two laptops now. asus a series with i7 and gt820m graphics card , RM2499 . ASUS tp500 (old stock) with i5-4210u and gt840m graphics card ....I will use Matlab and AUTOCAD , which is more important? better cpu or better gpu? the later one comes with better gpu , and ssd and touch screen.... Too bad , k-series no stock now.

the GPU is more important for AUTOCAD , right? i plan to get a laptop with gt840m instaed of gt820m ... is it a good choice? is the gt840m better than gt820m? is the difference in perfomance noticable?

I'm going for engineering course in the future.what specs do we need for engineering courses? is i5-5200u sufficient? do we need very high spec for CAD ?

Hi, all. I am an stpm 2014 leaver . I haven't but the pin for IPTA application. I checked the list of courses offererd bt the IPTA here. https://online.moe.gov.my/upu/emas/index_epanduan.php
I am not sure whether is updated or not. I couldnt the description also. Can someone tell me where to find the descprtion of the courses. Btw , I plan to apply for engineering courses , and some of the courses aren't accerdited by BEM.

INTP experience stammering

I am an INTP .....I experience stammering (not too serious) since i 'm small. But when i am 'hot' which means i am passionate , i seldom stammering. I am working now , almost 1 month . I talked to many people.... This is the first time ever i talked to so much ppl.I dont like to talkk to ppl most of the time. But , every morning , when i just wake up and go to the work place , i will experience stammering when I talked to the first people. But , when i talked to second or third ppl , the stammering disappeared... How to overcome this?
