Want to ask whether those alcoholic/liquor sell in KLIA Duty Free whether is genuine or not?
Heard people say KLIA duty free liquor is fake especially those famous premium alcoholic like Cordon Bleu, Blue Label.

If yes then any other place intro which can get original liquor?

I planning to buy my first house. May I know what is the charges and fees required when purchase a new house?
What I know is as below:
- Down-payment
- SPA
- Loan Agreement
- MoT

Besides that, may I know what is the calculation for MoT legal fees with disbursement fee? (Housing price is around 680k). Under HoC program it excepted the stamp duty for MoT.

After request to refund, Shopee return the money into my Shopee credit. But I still not yet return the item.

Wiper motor replacement

Yesterday get the back car after send to replace windscreen.

Today when I turn on the wiper , it wipe half and suddenly got one loud "PAK" then the wiper stop working.......

Then, I try to move the wiper back to normal position but when I release, it drop below the normal position and cannot work.

How much the cost to replace front wiper motor for Honda City Vtec 2004?

My car will have loud "gurr" sound when stopping car, if normal brake is ok but stop the car will have this problem.
When brake on uneven road the brake pedal will feel vibrate.

Anyone know this problem?

Tyre Pressure

My car recommend tyre pressure is 32(front) 30 (back).
When CNY I will back kampung the distance is about 200km.
My car will seat full 5 person with two luggage.

Should I reduce my tyre pressure due the pressure will increase when long distance?

Honda City 2004 Vtec problem

My car Honda City 2004 Vtec with 7speed gear.

I dunno why my car have "clak clak" sound and vibrate for 2~3 second and normal back when change gear to Reverse.

I put my car in reverse gear and A/C kick in it also will produce that sound.

Before my mounting already spoil I get information from other source say replace the mounting will fix that problem.
But after I change it also same as before.

Any expert can give some idea on this problem?
