The ceramic pre-filter is meant to use for 2 years before changing so this is still good for another year. See the attached brochure. Filtered water is good and safe for drinking without the need to boil. Original price bought is RM899, price of each filter is RM 80 a piece. You can buy these filters and self assemble (very easy) from your typical water filter shop found throughout Hypermarkets like Tesco, Giant etc. I can even give you some leads if you do not know where to buy. Kitchen Extension: Is Piling Really Necessary?

I just bought a corner lot terrace house and want to extend the empty land area to be my wet and dry kitchen. There will be no second floor for this. The land is ex-mining land (Puchong). I am getting confusing opinions from my potential contractors. One says no need piling and also, it may cause cracks on neighbour's walls and that itself will be a headache. The other contractor agrees that bakau piling should be done since it is on ex-mining land.

What are your opinons? Really need some advice here. Thanks
