Suffering from Exes

hey guys and gals, i need some serious help here..

my current gf is suffering from her Exes, like memories, photo and.. da.. so many things keep on running in her brain,

she tells me frankly that currently its very hard for me to go into her brain, she said i need lot of time and must put a lot of effort in it,

she also said that she don't have confident to boy anymore, and can't find love in it..

how do i overcome to this?

Hey all, need some help/advice..

i've been dating a girl almost 2 months and she is my gf about 1+ week, we are quite close now..

and she is fine to go overnight trip with me but haven't go yet..

the main question is..

if she really stay overnight with me, should i initiate to do something.. you know.. the thing with her?

as im still virgin, first time in relationship, i dont know how/what girls are thinking some times,

im kinda worry if i initiate and she wont like it cause we just started the relationship just 1+ week ago

so im kinda confuse..

Dating a girl less than a month..

I just know a girl about almost a month, introduce by my friend, we get close to each other quite fast, like hangout, tea, meals and etc..

I like her, i think she likes me too, cause most of the time i date her she will out with me, she also date me some times like.. jogging.. fetch her to take something then we will go for tea or walk..

Then few days back i date her to KL this weekend for a day trip to go for a walk.. she reply.. why not go for 2 days and stay overnight, is this something hinting from her?

If i have the chance to stay in hotel with her, should i.... you know.. but we are not couple yet..

I'm still virgin and i dont have gf before, so i'm so dumb at this, please help what should i do?
