I used to think that zodiac signs were BS and I made fun of ppl who believed in it, but recently I came across some articles on zodiac signs on girls and I found out that they are actually VERY accurate based on my past (fail & success) relationship experiences.

Damn if I knew this earlier maybe I would have less regrets.

anyone here working in cinimen sme? cny bonus time is coming so your boss should start wayang already.

e.g. whole year company ok suddenly near cny many unknown suppliers and unknown staffs need to pay and suddenly company turn from profit to loss. or suddenly micro monitor the A4 paper and toilet paper in office say overspend.

by right bonus should be your performance for the whole 2022 but as long as last month not good your bonus also not good.

'Do better please': Woman on crutches asks Grab driver to help out, he says it costs extra

Those of us who've used crutches before would understand the pain and inconvenience of walking from place to place with those aids.

So, it can be upsetting when others are not only unhelpful but rude towards those in such a situation.

One woman, who goes by the name Syaf, experienced this firsthand and shared the incident in a TikTok video uploaded yesterday (Jan 4).

The 21-year-old said she had injured herself "pretty badly" recently and requires crutches.

On Tuesday (Jan 3), she shared that it was raining at her Bishan office and as it was located on the third floor, she was concerned about having to take the stairs down to the first floor.

"I tried not to go down to the first floor because it's really slippery and I could slip and fall and hurt myself even further," explained Syaf who was trying to get a ride home.

So, she gave her Grab driver a "heads-up" and asked if he could pick her up from level three of the carpark instead.

"Mind you, if it's not raining and the ground is not slippery, I will go down to the first floor just so that I don't trouble them," she clarified.

However, instead of being understanding, the driver said that he'll have to charge her extra.

When Syaf questioned him, he replied: "Then good luck to you [because you] must be fair [to] us. How much is your fare? Is it fair for us?"

Syaf later highlighted in that TikTok video that this isn't the first time she has been "scolded or schooled" by drivers over her asking for help as she's on crutches.

"Some people have said to me 'Oh, if I knew you were on crutches, I wouldn't have accepted your booking'," she recounted.

"Many have scolded me for troubling them and asking them to come up to the third floor."

Syaf also clarified that she is not insinuating that all private hire drivers are like that and that she has met multiple drivers who've been helpful to her while she's been on crutches.

However, it is the driver's job to "provide a good service to [their] customer", she added.

"Don't make your passenger feel like shit for the disability that they cannot control. Do better, please. Not just for me, but for everybody else out there," she said.

Speaking to AsiaOne, Syaf said that she "was very disappointed at the driver's rude response".

"He could have just said he didn't want to come up and be on his way, yet he demanded compensation and was rude when I questioned him about it," she said.
Driver suspended

Syaf said she then reported the incident to Grab and they said that they've "resolved the issue", including placing the driver on a temporary 72-hour suspension.

Additionally, she said that Grab told her that drivers "are not supposed to demand compensation as the pickup location was within the same building".

She also told AsiaOne that a netizen posted her TikTok video on Facebook group PHV Community and another netizen claiming to be the driver responded to her allegations.

The driver explained that while he could empathise with Syaf's situation, the fare didn't justify him driving over to Syaf's destination as he was far away, let alone pick her up from the third level.

Also, since Grab did not offer him a "pick-up bonus" for her trip, he asked her to pay him an additional fee instead.

"At [a] usual time, [for] people with disabilities [and] wheelchairs, I will definitely help," he explained, adding that he does not want to stay in the industry anymore.

The driver also shared that he was glad to see many people in the comments section of the Facebook post supporting his decision.

"At least I [don't feel] guilty for cancelling such [a] job," he said.

Apart from that, the driver also brought up Syaf's religion and nose piercing, which did not sit well with her.

"Honestly, I feel bad [for getting the driver suspended] and I still do, but I am quite disappointed he degraded my religion and appearance," she told AsiaOne.

Let me start 1st, my ex-gf in uni used to treat her "dreams" as a hint. So when she dreamed of me having affairs with other girls, she would take it seriously and accused me. And took every little thing in my life to accuse me. E.g. If I bought a Chatime tea, she would link it to 1 of a girl I was close before whose name starts with 'C' and accuse that I'm still having affairs with her. If I wear the same color and similar shirt as another girl in class and my gf saw it, she would think that I had something with her too.

Since we were in the same campus but different class & time, if she caught me walk out the same lift alone with any above average looking girl, the next few days would be nightmare for me as I needed to pujuk her for the next 1-2 weeks. If I knew the girl in lift, she would think that I did something with her in lift, if I didn't know the girl, she would be like "You sure very syok lo, she's so pretty, wear so short etc"

If any female texts me out of the blue, I'm dead, if any female adds me on fb, I'm dead.

And if some random women bent down in front of me, whether front or behind and if I couldn't turn away in time (Even kopitiam auntie also counts), she would start the break-up war.

So after a while I almost became a monk, luckily that gf was hot and good on bed.

Other pity men please come and enlighten me...

ayam wants to buy a low end fon for auntie who always drop her phone/ trouble me with all the minor bugs, been looking at some models around 500-800 but i realize that oppo/ realme offers less value for money in terms of specs, but they are more popular especially in china. is it mi/ redmi/ poco give you all good stuffs but don't really optimize the software well? or maybe oppo/realme more durable?

i don't want drop 1-2 times later speaker spoil, and then lcd spoil, can't boot etc, or wifi not stable, gps not accurate etc.

Heaven is impossible

First of all, I respect all religions, just that I personally think that it's impossible to have Heaven

Say I practice religion X which cheating is a sin. So my whole life I stay faithful to my wife and tahan all the misery she gives me until I die. Hoping that when I die I go to heaven I can happily piap all those amoi/ awek in /k hnggghhh section, and then God X tells you cannot because it's a sin. And since I've been faithful to my wife so he pairs me with her again for ETERNAL this time.

And after that I very stressful I go to the heaven club hoping to get some alcohol because i tahan whole life no drink due to religion. And then God X tells me that they don't have that because it's a sin. so he pours me a cup of holy water which i didn't order. and i have to finish it and smile because God X is watching and expecting me to feel happy after drinking.

And after that I lagi stress I go to the heaven cybercafe hoping to play my favorite games, the only game available to play is chess and God X let me win every game within 30 seconds because in heaven you shouldn't lose and feel unhappy, there's no shooting and action games because even in-game killing is a sin. they don't even have super mario because killing those mushrooms and turtles are sinful.

I go back to God X's office asking what else I'm supposed to do. He tells me that I'm in heaven already all I need to do is stay happy eternally. I ask for CCTV of hell to see if the people there are suffering. God X says cannot because it's sinful to watch such gore footage.

with all the latest info from MITI, it's very clear that the 10% is only applicable to management & supervisory level of the said departments only, while the others can work normally.

but i see a lot of ppl complaining on MITI fb page, want to report own company, complain company ask them work normal hours la, bosses managers wfh let staffs go to work and get covid la, thought that they should also work 10-2pm 3 days a week la etc.

for those who complains about potential of getting covid at work
- during this period, usually after work straight go home already la. if no work, sure a lot of ppl go lepak here and there lagi senang kena covid, somemore harder to trace compare to getting it at work, personally i'm more afraid of colleagues who were on leave cause i don't know where they went

for those who complains about the 10% rule
- generally the gov thinks perfectly, they assume that management levels got many macai so they can still manage them by working from home. but not all managers so lazy, some even pretend to be macai and go work fullday cause they know if they are not in the macais are going to party in office. after all when a dept is not performing the boss screws the manager not the macai.

for those who complains about not being able to wfh
- yes the government said wfh get paid as normal but not all jobs can wfh la, and the gov didn't say that if your job CAN'T wfh and you refuse to go to work you can STILL GET PAID as normal. If you die die wish to stay home why don't you take unpaid leave? or take pay cut in return for shorter working hours? many companies are offering like this.

for those who complains about company being greedy
- don't be so naive la, seriously a lot of ppl really think that all business owners are rich and have millions of cash lying around. most businesses especially SMEs are depending on continuous cash flow. many SMEs died already just that you don't know. you

everyone also hope to work lesser, stay home and get paid normally la. but it's impossible now.
if you need income to get through this crisis, just work normally follow sop la, if you are like those lazy farks who expect the company and gov to give 100% while you are giving only 20%, why don't you quit or take unpaid leave? don't use covid as an excuse to cover your lazy ass.

complain about risk of getting covid at work? when you are not working you bring your wife and child go lepak in malls won't kena? somemore you can't control your children touching everywhere in malls. banyak excuses.

btw i've been working in office as usual, no complain.
