I'm running a food kiosk business. How much is the cost to hire a foreign workers?

1) What and how much is the LEVI fees? Do I need to pay every year?
2) How much is the agent fees? Is it one time payment or needs to pay annually?
3) How much is the FOMEMA fees? Do I need to pay every year?
