How to recover from being perfectionism?

Recently, ayam forcing my friend to do our final project alone and I did the thesis for the project and when he finished it, ayam redo again because of messy setting, overlapped pinout solders and other things. He talked to me to not overdo it. Ignore his advice and proceeded. Basically, I make the whole project myself without cooperated with him. All his effort to make the project wasted just like that. Felt like I dont need anyone help to do something I can do myself.
Not just that, I did the practical works and reports all by myself which it should be done by group. Fuxking hate ppls do my work.
Few days ago, my workload is too many untill I dun sleep for 2 days. This is all because of afraid of mistakes and other things. Lastly, I failed to finish my works and now, ayam stop thinking about it.

Any advice??

Laptop GPU makes noise when power supply connected

When I connected power supply, the GPU generate high pitch noise and cannot power on

I didnt subscribe to any package for last 3 months because of I rarely use it. Just now when I turned on the astro, it opened channel 100 which display NJOI ads and seem like family package can be accessed. Its free package from astro??

Last night, my little bro and I went to a gamers gheythering. I not really interested in that gheythering but pergi juga la because teman bro sold his stuff. After they met with each other, my bro sold some of his stuff to 1 of them while others just talking about games. So, I sat at the next table and drinking while surfing fb.

They invited me to join padahal ayam had nothing to do with them. I refused. Diorg paksa2 join. OkOk. I join.

Firstly they asked me if ayam interested in games. I told them that I only interested in rhythm (music) games, other than that, fuxk off.

Then, this 1 fella asked me if I can play this games (he gave his psvita to me with games loaded in). When I saw it I said "ini games last year dah settle".
He forced me to play the games. So I play la. While ayam playing, the other guy show his cartoon statue to his friend and said out loud ("THIS IS MY WIFE"). It's a mind fuxk really. All peoples in that restaurant staring at him. I was like.. WTF he said just now?? dah la kuat.. bodoh.. Ayam stop playing and left from that place.

I called my bro and told him to GTFO from that place and balik..

Fuh, bodo mia weeaboo. tak malu ke??

Ceritanya begini.
Since I enrolled into this IPT, got this one fella kinda foreveralone in my class. He dressed up just like normal guy. So, I asked him why dun wan to talk or start a conversation to other classmate, he replied "segan". I was like, WTF! Itu pun ko segan?? Jadi, aku try lah bersembang dengan dia.......

After befriend with this fella for a year, for the first time ever ajak hang out luar kawasan IPT. (Selalunya sembang, lepak semua dalam IPT) When I saw him waiting near at the planned location, walauweh.. WHAT THE FUXK HAPPENED TO HIM??? PANDAN??

Pakai hairpins bunga2, glossy lips, long sleeve shirt yang amoi selalu pakai tuu, short jean pant (atas paras lutut, panjang sikit je dari typical amoi short pant), high cut socks belang acah2 zebra, kasut (itupun designed for wimminz one)..

Nasib baik pakai motor rempit, terus balik. It was a nightmare, cannot brain why he dressed up like that. Hang out dengan dia untuk 5 minit pun aku tak nak.

The next day he asked me why I didnt came and didnt reply his texts? I said I had a problem with my roomate, gaduh bertumbuk (padahal main games), he trying to check my hand. I resisted and jauhkan diri dari sissy lahanut tu. Since then, he always asked me kalau I need help.. ShXt happen every weekday till now.

tl;dr version.
- Start a conversation with foreveralone guy.
- Befriend with him only in class.
- One day, try to expand my friendship with him by hang out at outside of IPT, but turn out he is a pandan
- didi kecut bila terserempak dengan that shiet.

Ceritanya bermula begini. She exchanged number with someone that I never met before. From his looking, machiem mat rempit because he was riding a RXZ. So, I did warn her to stay away from him, else "aku rembat kau".

Few months later after I came home for semester break, my mom told me that someone credited RM10k into my mom account and my sister asked for money about RM3k to buy an iphone. Dafuq?
Then I asked her, "siapa yang bank in?" She said, "kawan". So, I gave a 2nd warning. "Kalau kau terima lagi duit dari budak tu memang dua-dua aku rembat".

One month later, she break with that fella. CUKUR......

Next, she enroll into politeknik and dating with a guy from UTP.
This fella is really nice guy but she kinda used him for money and stuff. I felt sorry to him cause he help me a lot while I was in troubles. Belanja trip to japan summore..

Now, she with someone I dont even know who he is. Everytime she hang out with that guy, she bring home a lot of clothes and dresses.. Each dress cost RM200++. :mad:

So, you guys got sister like me? It really piss me off..
It not about money, but the way she using and dump peoples whatever she like.
