Graphic cards cant boot

I have been using sapphire r9 280x vapor x tri x 3gb version for one years. Just a week after warranty, i dont know what happen, the graphic card cant even boot to desktop. Even play witcher 3 normally night before it happen.

It goes pass the windows logon animation,then black screen till like forever. Sometime i remove the gpu and replug after few hours,it boot and pass the logon animation but only for 10 mins or so, it will auto restart witjout any Bsod error, which after that will repeat the problem which is stuck in black screen after boot animation.

I have test with spare r9 270x but seems fine with it.not even happening with the card.

Seeking wisdom of gpu masta and otai of lyn.plz help me out.ty
