Im currently taking marketing and e-commerce at Tarc. I wondering what kind of laptop I should buy,my budget is rm 2000+ and is anything else i need to prepare?

Any laptop that's longer battery life and wide screen display (ips if can) Supports words, excel ,Pdf etc.
I am aiming lenovo miix 3 10inch display. I think the screen is too small for me.
My budget is rm1200 below. Just for hw use. xD

I just finished my spm, im going to college now. So here's the question that struggling in my mind. Do i need a laptop for my further studies? maybe assignment? Because im living at hostel . my uc is tarc. Btw, im focusing on lenovo mixx 3... any suggestions? I find it very cool that a tablet can be use like laptop.
