2018 flu vaccination deal / discount?

I have been taking annual flu vaccination for more than 4 years and it has been very helpful in reducing my sick days in a year.

I am also crediting this flu vaccine for the fast recovery.

Unfortunately, i couldn't find any flu vaccination deal price less than 100 ringgit.

Does anyone knows a good deal? Kind enough to share information?

Pakatan Harapan fight for the country has touch it's people's heart.

I have always thought that if you love your job, you will not mind working the extra miles.

I do feel joy when i have more time to complete my work but ..

As times are not exactly great, boss cannot employ professional staff.

You have a helping hand but they need you to hold their hand repeatedly, all the time.

Interrupting my work.. end up not enjoying doing work anymore.

Is this normal ? Or is it a mindset thing? Or should i start looking for better opportunity..

I find peace by letting go of desire, anger and good memories.

For me we become pain by our current situation because we are limited by the good times we had.

Always comparing without realising we missing the current moment.

I believe when people are well informed with information they will make wise choices.

However the lack of information available for the rural folks would mean that they will depend on traditional information which most of the time are biased and not updated.

Remember.

Families from your hometown may not have the social media or internet news update advantage like you have.

You don't have to talk about 1mdb or political scandals. You just have share about how you cope with your life in the city.

You can talk about :-
1. Crime rates at your area.
2. Housing situations at your area.
3. Your company performance. Good or bad
4. How you cope with GST.
5. If you know your local representative, you can also talk about what they have done so far.

Because? At the end of the day everything goes down to the people who have power and whether they have done anything ti make it better (regardless of their political parties).

Talk to them. At least they have optional information they can use to make a wise voting choice.

Plus it is good for your relationship with them.

So there has been a lot of talk going on to support undi rosak.

My rebuttal is with two points:-

1) We want pure goodness but don't want to accept the process to achieve it.

Nothing can be achieved in a short period of time. Truth will prevail. In time, by doing our part (such as casting our votes) things will change.
Nothing last forever, the good time also the bad. But what we must remember is to do our part and vote wisely.

2) If you think that this is as bad as it gets, history have proven you wrong. It can get even worst.

Religious fanatic, discrimination and poorness. History have shown it can be really bad. It hasn't been that bad, that is why you haven't seen blood on the streets.

It can happen by ignoring your responsibility to vote.

Your vote will determine what someday we achieve and what we might destroy.

In not more than 40 days we will be leaving 2017.

What are you grateful of in 2017?

I am grateful for the opportunity to grow although it doesn't reflect on my salary.

The fuel price that keep changing that forces me to wake up very early to avoid traffic (thus less fuel consumption) to go to work.

Shitty things at work which forced me to learn new things at a very fast pace.

Expensive iphone X that teaches me to be content with whatever phone i have.

Horrible bosses that made me do things without expecting anything in return.

So little OT perhour that made me appreciate more on whatever i have to eat.

I am deeply grateful.

There are a multitude of studies that tout the benefits of solitude. Here are just a few science-backed reasons for spending time alone:

1. Alone time increases empathy.

When you spend time with a certain circle of friends or your co-workers, you develop a “we vs. them” mentality. Spending time alone helps you develop more compassion for people who may not fit into your ‘inner circle.’

2. Solitude increases productivity.

Although so many offices have started creating open floor plans so everyone can communicate more easily, studies show being surrounded by people kills productivity. People perform better when they have a little privacy.

3. Solitude sparks creativity.

There’s a reason a lot of authors or artists want to go to a cabin in the woods or a private studio to work. Being alone with your thoughts gives your brain a chance to wander, which can help you become more creative.

4. Being alone can help you build mental strength.

We’re social creatures and it’s important for us to have strong connections with other people. But, solitude may be just as important. Studies show the ability to tolerate alone time has been linked to increased happiness, better life satisfaction, and improved stress management. People who enjoy alone time experience less depression.

5. Solitude may reduce behavior problems in kids.

When you carve some solitude in your schedule you show your children that being along is a healthy thing to do. And research shows kids who learn to by themselves are better behaved than other children. Be a good role model and teach solitary skills early.

6. Being alone gives you an opportunity to plan your life.

Most people spend a lot of time planning weddings and vacations but never plan how to get the most out of life. Spending time alone can give you a chance to ensure there’s a purpose to all of your hustling and bustling. Quiet space provides an opportunity think about your goals, your progress, and changes you want to make in your life.

7. Solitude helps you know yourself.

Being alone helps you become more comfortable in your own skin. When you’re by yourself, you can make choices without outside influences. And that will help you develop more insight into who you are as a person.

Get Proactive About Creating Time to Be Alone

Just last week someone said to me, “I don’t have a problem with alone time at all. In fact, I crave it. I often dream about being alone on a deserted island.”

If you find yourself daydreaming about being alone on a deserted island, I’m going bet you aren’t incorporating enough alone time into your life.

Set aside a few minutes each day to be alone with your thoughts — just 10 minutes a day can help. Silence your electronics and allow yourself to think for a few minutes.

If you aren’t used to solitude, it can feel uncomfortable at first. But creating that quiet time for yourself could be key to becoming the best version of yourself.
