proton wira 1.5 lil burnt oil on spark plug

i have wira 1.5gli auto and i have to top up oil like half liter every 3000km there is no leak or sign of engine burn oil but there is lil burnt oil on spark plugs what is that mean the oil seal need change or what plz need your suggestions?

am just wondering which fuel is good for climbing am heading to cameron Highlands next week with my proton wira 1.5gli.
I use petron for daily travel should I use it for this trip or change to something else like shell v power?
