Can anyone guide me where to find cheap chinese food near petronas twin tower? I just started work there and the only place i dine during lunch time is in Wisma Central. Anywhere else i can find like fried rice/noodle? char kuey teow? or mixed rice?

How to request for traffic police assistant

There is this traffic light junction with massive traffic jam problem. A year ago, the traffic police department assign a police to direct the traffic. That officer did a great job and the traffic was ease by a lot. But since mid of last year, there is no more police officer attending the traffic, the whole traffic situation is just plain nightmare. I would like to make a request but i don't know where to start. Any help?
